Not a pleasant experience before even purchasing the insurance policy and I did not buy the insurance policy. I requested quotes form various providers. Evelyn from Regency in Fort Lauderdale sent me an attractive quote. I responded to her email with a few questions. The next day, Evelyn contacted me and patched me through to Kevin (some hold time). Kevin was not familiar with my questions and I had to read my email to him. Kevin did not provide the answers to my questions without multiple requests on my end. I then ascertained that the quote I was given was a much estimated quote. I began to let Kevin know of my disappointment with the service at that time at which he hung up on me. Not pleased yet not surprised. To me, this ‘franchisee’, is strictly attempting to bring folks in without much care as to their needs. This implies to me that Kevin is working on a pay scale with high commission amounts. This may be a great entity with a great insurance product, however, if you want to know about some details before you buy, this may not be the place to do it. Best to all.

I have been doing business with Regency for the last two years, and they have always treated me with respect, honesty, and integrity. They have always done what’s best for me and my family, and I highly recommend them to everyone!

The insurance rep was slow and seemed to lack knowledge. Quote was not competitive. Don’t waste your time.
