Snyderman Shoes

Not a happy customer I was specifically told I could go home wear my shoes if they hurt my feet or I was not happy with them I could bring them back. He even told me I could wear them outside, which I did not do. They were worn one hour on the treadmill. I went to the store today to return them I was told no refund but I could exchange. I explained I had specifically been told I could return them. I feel like this is a very deceptive business practice and will never purchase anything from them again. I will pay more money and gladly stay with Foot Solutions in Estero!

Can’t beat service or knowledge!!! Husband got a sweet new pair of running shoes and the price was the same as sports authority and other big retailers!!! We love this family business!!!

Coming to this store for a new pair of running shoes has definitely become a yearly event for me. I live in Denver, CO, and my parents live in Ft. Myers. When I’m down here around Christmas time, I’m always up for a new pair! The employees are always friendly and knowledgable. You come in, let them know what sport you’re into, how seriously you’re into it (i.e. marathons, half marathons, casual exercise, golf, walking, etc), and they bring as many shoes to you to try on as needed until you’re set!
Today was an exceptionally busy day at the store (the day after X-​mas…), and due to our 10 minute wait for service, we received a discount at the end! There is a wide selection of shoes/​brands, with a heavy New Balance presence. However today I am officially a convert to Brooks, I suggest you give them a try if you’re a runner! They also have a variety of widths which as someone with slightly wider feet… I appreciate.
FYI — There is also a medium-​sized selection of activewear.
For years, I have been (and will continue to be) a patron of this business!

A great place for high quality shoes in Fort Myers. Salespeople listen to your needs and make recommendations based on that. They also sell Tevas, Stride Rite for children, Crocs, and many other brands.

Family owned place-​SUPER attentive staff. They request you ask for an associate to help with trying on and they really will be very patient and bend over backwards to get you what you want in the right fit. Had tons of answers and patience for helping me find the right 5 finger shoe. I think if you have some sort of medical or physical issue with your feet I really think this place would be the way to go. (I noticed they have a wall of diabetics shoes). Help was friendly and attentive and prices were competitive. Only thing stopping me from five star is that they could probably have a larger selection but I do suspect they would probably special order for you what they do not have.

I found them while trying to locate a local retailer of Vibram Five Fingers shoes & I was greatly pleased. Dan knew all about the different styles, loves and owns the shoes himself. He was able to answer all of my questions and genuinely liked the product. He helped find the perfect fit for both pair I bought.
Also, upon learning I was new to the area, he and his coworkers were kind enough to tell me of places to try for different activities like kayaking, running trails, etc.
I’ll definitely come back to them when I need more athletic shoes!
