Southwest Florida Eye Care

Had a great experience with Dr. Rick Palman today @ southwest FL eye care. took his time and talked me through every procedure he did.
His staff also was excellent. So happy to have been referred to him from Stephen Smiths office eye associates of FM!

Our last visit 01 – 2015 my wifes glasses had the lenses on the wrong sides and my glasses were just READERS even though they were supposed to be BI-​FOCALS. Why would I buy readers with a total cost of insurance payment and my payment of over 300 dollars when I can buy the same thing for 10 dollars at CVS?

Dr, Azzizi is a very thorough and nice doctor. He always takes extra time to ensure that our eyes are healthy.
Update: I met with Dr. Azzizi and true to form he was professional and assured me that he will correct my glasses. He showed true concern about the issues that we had. He also said that he will be addressing quality control issues with his staff. I will update after I get the new pair of bi-​focals. He did point out that the order sent to the lens manufacturers clearly showed the bi-​focal order for me and Lynda’s lens prescription on the proper sides.
Dr. Azzizi made a point to personally call me with regard to my glasses. He assured me that he would get my new glasses up to his standards. Apparently my insurance company made the office use a lens maker that is not up to par. Dr. Azzizi made it a point to send the prescription to HIS preferred lens company. The glasses I received were wonderful and the frames are now up to his high standards as well.
I was very pleased that he called not only me personally but my wife as well. Even though, due to Cigna, we had bumps in our glasses transactions each time Dr. Azzizi made sure that we were supplied a product that was wonderful. He even spend about 20 minutes with me explaining that he valued my wife and I as people and patients and wanted our experience at his practice to always be professional and problem free.

If it weren’t for an open house they did last year, I’d not be able to see.
Honest truth — I had been new to Florida for 3 months, and saw that Southwest Florida Eye Care was having an open house of sorts. I needed an eye doctor down here, and off I went.
The staff is super friendly and willing to help with whatever you need. Dr. Marhue is great — he was able to diagnose me with the correct eye problems after one meeting, and make the attempt to rectify my vision.
I grew up thinking that my eye sight will always be poor and there is nothing that can be done. I will have to stay at one prescription level for the rest of my life, and have my sight decrease. On the contrary — Dr. Marhue has changed my prescription and when I was there last week, I saw one more line in the chart than I did this time last year!
All that changed was getting stronger contact lenses and glasses. My eye doctor back north always refused to go that extra mile and try to change my sight. At least Dr Marhue wanted to do what was in my best interest, which was to have vision. He was super excited to have me in and able to work and see. I was super excited because it means something’s working right.

Awesome experience with Mike from Qual Sight Lasik program. Very helpful and kind. Had LASIK surgery at Southwest Florida eye care with Dr. Palmon wonderful staff and an awesome doctor. Dr. Palmon took his time explained everything before and during the procedure made me feel comfortable with keeping me informed with step by step instructions during the surgery. The girls at the office all had smiles and very friendly. Made me feel very welcomed!
