TV Center Electronics

I recently moved to Fort Myers and when my neighbor heard I was looking for a television, he referred me to TV Center and told me they were really great. After the 3^rd time he mentioned it, even going so far as stopping to get a business card and writing down the models and prices of a couple tvs, I decided I’d better get there and see what I could find. Thanks to Cindy and then to Tim, I walked out of the store with the perfect television for my needs! They are awesome!

My equipment that I left for 10 days was never taken apart yet I was charged $ 35 diagnostics per piece. I fair charge would have been much less.

THIS COMPANY IS GREAT!
I have a Mitsubishi TV that is 5 years old. I never had a problem with it and when I researched on you tube what the problem was, I saw it was going to be an expensive part plus expensive repair due to how difficult the part was to get to.
I called this company and talked to Lynn who confirmed that what I was describing was exactly what I thought. She informed me that my part actually was on recall from the company and the repair has a locked in rate and that was all I would be charged. She gave me Mitsubishi’s number to get the part ordered. I had the part shipped to them and they would call me when the part came in. She said it was usually a week. Exactly one week later Lynn called me as she said she would. They got me a repair appointment within 3 days because of my schedule.
Jim came out, moved my 72″ TV, put everything back and was done in less then 30 minutes.
He then told me about the other potential problems that I may have at some point in the future based on my model and gave me a brief tutorial on how I may repair it myself.
I WOULD HIRE THEM AGAIN WITHOUT HESITATION!!!

Horrible service. I called a week later to check the status was told that the initial fix was not the problem and someone will call me that day with more details. I’ve called a multiple of times and left messages. 21days later still no tv or phone call. Not once did I get a call back. Would not recommend them to anyone!

Never ever use these people 5 months to repair my tv hundreds of dollars later and shoddy work horrible customer service! Should be shut down before they rip anyone else off! Technician had no idea what he was doing!
