Horrible service. Manager needs to know that is not a one time thing. But same people have disinterested, disengaged, and uncaring every time I go to this McD’s which is not often and only when I almost have to. Many employees need to be fired.

All McDonalds have same food. This review is of staff. Bless their hearts but the drive thru orders are never right. You order sauces for nuggets and can’t get that right. Just go to different mcd’s, the time you spend driving will be saved by order being right the first time.

Sunday, 9÷7÷14 at 3:07 p.m. our drive thru order was delivered incomplete, drink was missing, Go-gurt was missing and no napkins. We were the only ones in the drive thru area and the inside was hardly busy. We had to blow the horn three (3) times to get the servers attention to get the order finally completed. A survey was completed on
and we are awaiting a reply.
I received a call back from a representative of McDonalds offering me coupons good for my next visit. Please, I don’t need coupons to return to your restaurant, I just want the problems repairs and to be «WOW“ed by the service and the food!

I give 2 stars because the store is new and looks nice. However, the service has always been very slow and the employees seem poorly trained. This store is in a good area and probably needs better management. I went in recently and was told after waiting a long time, that no one was working the counter that day, so I left. McDonalds can do better than this.
