Nice store with a large selection of men’s, women’s, and children’s shoes stacked from floor to ceiling. Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful. I would say if you are in a wheelchair or over weight, this store might not be for you. They have a large amount of stock crammed in this place and the isle ways are very small. I am average size and you can not walk past another person going down the isles and you will have to walk back down to the end to let someone out before you can then move on your way. Most of the shoes here are discontinued so they may sometimes not have your size. But just ask the staff, they can sometimes special order what you need. They have Nike, Adidas, Tretorns, Sebago, Reebok, New Balance, Asics, Timberland, Northface, and the list goes on and on. Running shoes, dress shoes, boots, hiking shoes… everything. The only complaint for this place would be the parking lot. Very cramped so if you value your paint job, park as far away as possible or try and get one of the parallel parking spaces.

Évaluation du lieu : 5 Ooltewah, TN
I hate shopping and don’t like shoe stores. One of our neighbors in Ooltewah recommended my wife come to this place for a pair of Chaco(?) sandals that she’s been in the market for. The place didn’t look all that great from the outside. To me, it didn’t look all that great on the inside either. Cramped aisles with shoes stacked to near the ceiling. We were immediately asked if we needed help. The lady told us where to find the Chaco’s and it was a maze through the narrow aisles to the other side of the store. On the walk, I noticed employees willing to help everywhere! I stood there for about two minutes and decided to go back outside and wait in the Flex and listen to the Grateful Dead channel. I must have listened to that entire Dead show before my wife texted me over an hour later asking me to come back in and help her decide between two pairs. She was so excited to show me all of the men’s Chaco’s and pleading with me to try on a pair which I had no interest in. Well, as much as I disliked the long wait, I could see how much my wife and daughter loved this store so it’s five stars for them! Surprise, we exit the store and learn that at the end of the building is their clearance store. So another thirty minutes there. There were some very good deal there said my wife.
