Older dingy setting. Could not communicate well with waitress which caused an issue getting 2 of our 5 orders incorrect. Could not communicate to ask for orders to be corrected. Of the 5 orders the only thing that was eaten was rice. The cheese on nachos were not very good. The ground beef had a strange taste. The simple beef taco was not good. Maybe the only time I have walked out of a restaurant with almost nothing eaten.
