Very friendly staff. Clean rooms nice view beach was under construction(renourishment) but was a great nite away. There was live music outdoors but was moved inside at 11pm so it was very tolerable for a sat evening.

DONOTSTAYHERE! This hotel is awful. I don’t even know where to begin. We booked an ocean front room for 9 nights. We should’ve left after the 1st night. 1st off, our room was filthy upon arrival. The bed shirt looked like it’d been on the bed for months. The floor was so dirty after walking on it w/bare feet your feet were black. There was construction on the beach so the beach was closed in front of our hotel. We were fortunate to have the room furthest away from the bar, however, it wasn’t much help as the bands were very loud and we couldn’t sleep. Oh, another reason we couldn’t sleep… there were people knocking on our door at all hours looking for people. I can’t make this up. Cigarette burns in the blankets, blood stains on the sheets. We gave it our best effort and it was the worst vacation we’ve ever had, mainly due to our hotel experience. I spoke w/an assistant manager about our room being dirty the day after we arrived. It did get properly cleaned, for the most part and we were given free drink tickets. Free drink tickets? That’s proper compensation? On our next to last day there they asked we move our car so they could set up a big stage directly under our ocean front– construction view balcony for a concert that night. That was it. We couldn’t bare another day of this horrible place. They gave us a hassle about refunding the nights stay, however they did. We were traveling w/our 8 mo. old. They do not have cribs available or an elevator to access our 3rd floor room. No phone in room… as the lines to the front desk I’m sure would be busy w/complaints. Please do yourself the favor and spend your hard earned money and well deserved time off elsewhere.

When i checked in, they forgot to tell me the beach was closed for construction. we didn’t find out until we walked by the bar and some drunk told us. The BAR. Would’ve been cool if I was back in my twenties and wanted the party right under my room, but i went to Fort Pierce for the quiet. To add to this, the smoke alarm kept going off beginning at 1am. I looked for a phone in my room to call the front desk. To my surprise, no phone and no one at the front desk. They leave at 9pm. I called the number on the office door and someone was suppose to call back. By 4am still no callback. I had to scale up the vaulted ceiling to help myself. At first they offered me a refund, but they had to clear it with the owner. They never called back. i finally got in touch with them and the gave me $ 30. Some compensation for no sleep and no beach. If you want that«you’re on your own» experience this is the place for you. If you want to get what you pay for stay clear

Had a great time at beachfront inn. I plan on staying here a lot more for a weekend getaway! Room was clean & perfect for the occasion. I loved that I could walk downstairs to ‘The Inlet’ had good food & a great atmosphere. I would recommend this place to everyone.

I lay in bed in my room at the Beachfront Inn last night unable to sleep because of the pounding salsa bass that had been booming all evening long from the nightclub below my room. Add to that the yelling/screaming/fighting drunken nightclub patrons outside. The people in the room next to me seemed to be having trouble sleeping too, as I could(clearly) hear them talking and fussing through the gaps in the door connecting our rooms. After the nightclub closed and the yelling drunken people left I thought there would be respite, but next it was the nightclub employees making a racket as they did clean up(the back door to the club was also directly below my room). After the nightclub employees finally went home, in the wee hours, it became quiet and I drifted off to sleep. All in all, it was a long and sleepless night, which is a shame because I had difficult work to do today and needed to be rested and sharp. When the hotel office opened this morning I requested that they move me to a quieter room – as far away from the nightclub as possible. The couple at the front desk promised that tonight would be a live band who would be finished by 9:00pm. I insisted on being moved and they have put me in a room above the office, as far as possible from the salsa club. It is now 11:00pm and the band is still playing(not salsa but classic rock – with a singer who tends to go off-key). They are far louder than last night’s music. If I were still in that other room it would be hellish. Here is this room it is merely very annoying. I don’t know when I’ll be able to get to sleep. Bottom line: This is an average 3-star hotel. It has a really nice location on the beach. The restaurant serves good food. The nightclub(which I was unaware of when making my reservation) seems quite popular. The WiFi Internet access is iffy. The rooms are clean and the beds are adequately comfortable. If you are the kind of person who likes peace and quiet and getting to bed at a decent hour, this is probably not the place for you.

Great location, clean rooms and friendly staff. You have a great view of the ocean(if you choose) and it’s close to several bars, restaurants and a liquor store. Hutchension Island is small, laid-back and slow-paced. Not very crowded and there are a lot of good restaurants in Fort Pierce. The live outdoor band will play at the restaurant below the hotel until 11PM. Most rooms have a good view of the stage from their balcony. The base from the music playing inside the bar is very loud and goes on well past midnight. I’m not really sure when they stop. Turn on your AC and drone out the music with the loud fan. I had no trouble sleeping after a day of sun and drinking. One bad thing is that since their beach is beside a pier made of rocks and cement the inlet collects a lot of seaweed. It wasn’t bad the first day but the last two days you wouldn’t want to wade through the mess to get to clear water. You can walk several blocks down the beach and have a clear area though. We took our dog and had no trouble taking him to the beach even though it’s not a dog beach and saw lots of other dogs there also. Keep them on a leash and clean up after them. You’ve got to eat at the Bluewater Beach Grill around the corner from the hotel.

This hotel is so charming and cute! The staff is so friendly! They are right on the beach so all rooms have balconies facing the ocean! They have a really nice restaurant right on the property too! The rooms are nice and clean and the beds are super comfy! We would definitely stay here again!

Loved this place. Excellent location… there’s even food service by the beach. Very clean and comfy rooms and the staff is very helpful and friendly. I would have given it 5 stars, but there’s no elevator on this three-story building. However, I’d definitely stay here again.
