Fairfield Inn & Suites Ft- Pierce & Port St- Lucie

Arrived after a long day only to be told the hotel had been oversold and that my reservation could not be honored. The reason given was some people staying longer, which seemed unfair. I would have appreciated even a call in advance or a better prepared staff. I ended up waiting for them to figure out how to direct me to a related hotel. I lost patience and eventually just left and paid for a room at the best western across the street.

Hotel was reasonably priced for what I got. Service could have been better. Rooms were ok overall.

Very nice hotel, front desk was very nice and helpful, but I had 3 rooms and all 3 rooms did not get cleaned after long days of work, you’d want to come and rest in something clean and find clean towels but all 3 of my rooms weren’t clean but the front desk said they did have housekeeping that day but somehow skipped our 3 rooms? Anyways I was checking out the next day and was told a manager will call me regarding this issue, they didn’t even bother I mean I stay at Marriotts all the time but this one was no explanation to anything. Altho they were nice and all but that’s not how they treat customers. And they moved most of my stuff in the room like they have no right to touch you“re personal belongings but that still did, just giving everyone a heads up if I were you I wouldn’t choose this hotel so you don’t get treated like I did.

Very nice, clean, and modern hotel. It’s conveniently right off the highway, although it is a little tricky to get to from the main road. The front desk attendants were all very friendly and welcoming.
The room was GREAT! Clean, modern, and well kept. Free WiFi and free breakfast were also pluses. Bed was comfortable and the sheets and blanket were very soft. AC worked wonderfully. Bathroom was clean and spacious.
I would definitely stay at this Fairfield Inn again.

Clean comfortable room. Great price.
After checking in late (after midnight) we realized we didn’t make sure there was a fridge in the room. Since there was only one person at the desk who couldn’t get the fridge for us (for valid reasons), he offered to put our (rather large) bag in the hotel fridge.
