Everything about Uncle Carlo’s is 5-star, from the gelato and desserts to the paninis and coffee drinks. The restaurant is sparkling clean and beautifully decorated. The staff is friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend the Uncle Carlo’s Panini(it’s his house special) if you’re in the mood for a light lunch, and the tiramisu gelato if you’re in the mood for something sweet. Whether you dine in or eat at the sidewalk tables for the gorgeous water view, you’ll want to return here again and again.

first time here. decent overall and interesting selection of flavors including mango, pomegranate, tiramisu, etc. Definitely popular with the locals. recommendation would be to have chocolate gelatto, surprised this was missing from the menu!

Very delicious Panini’s. Get the Uncle Carlo’s! They also offer sandwiches, salads and homemade gelato. Very well priced. Was too full to get gelato.

What a great little spot on the water. So many flavors to choose from it made it difficult to figure out what we wanted. The only option for us was double scoop! My amazing girlfriend got the banana split and coconut I got the Almond Joy and chocolate raspberry. Everything was absolutely amazing even though it was 48 degrees out it was well worth freezing when we left!

The dude was a dick. Asked a simple question, how many shots of espresso is in your small Americano, he said«same as the large, Two» like it was a unreasonable question. Uncle Carlos is not worth my time.

Tasty gelato in a picturesque location! Definitely will come back for more and try their cakes and pastries as well. I’ve only tried two flavors of the gelato so far and both were so good! Compared to other places I’ve had gelato, Uncle Carlos has the widest selection of flavors and one of the best displays I’ve seen. The store is very cute and on the Fort Pierce waterfront next to the marina. The store is very clean and has seating, but if it’s a beautiful day I suggest walking around and enjoying the gelato in the Florida sun. As far as prices go, gelato is always relatively pricey compared to an ice cream or Italian ices. Definitely a nice treat once in a while.

Great flavors, the grapefruit is wonderful as is the lemon. Flavors change daily, nice staff, super clean, not cheap but gelato never is

Uncle Carlos is always a pleasurable experience. It’s quite small but in a very popular location in downtown fort pierce on the water. I love most of the flavors besides the carona flavor, it tastes watered down. Other than that I always stick to my chocolate fudge and the different types of berries. I’ve also had their panini sandwiches and it is fabulous. My favorite part is the pickle. Of course!

Please, let me start by saying that I am an ice cream/gelato junkie. I had yet to try Uncle Carlo’s. You can’t beat the location and all of the sweet temptations staring you in the face when you walk in. «yes, may I have one of everything?» It was at that moment that I realized the prices seem to be a bit high. I thought/hoped that maybe I will get a huge cup of gelato for my just over five dollar purchase. What I received was two small scoops of gelato. I had the carrot cake and the banana. The carrot cake flavor was good but the banana had a bit of a harsh or unnatural taste. The gelato was just okay I wouldn’t go out of my way to go back there for the gelato. However, the staff was very nice and that goes a long way in my book.

Great cookies and coffee. The gelato was good also but a bit pricy. Staff was really friendly.

Wow wow wow. This is some of the BEST gelato I’ve ever had. I definitely recommend the cinnamon flavor; unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. This shoppe also serves coffee, truffles, sandwiches, soups and more! A treasure trove of deliciousness if I can say so. Give it a try – better yet, go out of you way to get here! You won’t be disappointed!

This shop is wonderful. Good looking food menu but we go for the Gelato. Gorgeous setting overlooking the water. Gelato’s are beautifully crafted and presented. Sooooo Tasty.

This place is right next store to my favorite restaurant in Fort Pierce,(121 tapas) but it’s My favorite place for dessert now. Been here twice for a slice of the peanut butter pie. Oh so good!!! But you guys gotta do something about your coffee, it’s awful, the two times I’ve ordered it’s been lukewarm and tastes like Sanka. I would’ve gladly given you 5 stars except for that.

Delicious tiramisu, nice offerings of teas & coffee. Iced coffee can only be made on request by preparing your own amount of sugar to Hot coffee, so it’s diluted once you receive it. Ample gelato selection & chocolates. Love the location, hope it lasts.

The menu was a little bit pricey but the customer service was EXCELLENT. It was so good that i didn’t mind paying $ 8 for a ham and cheese croissant. What a wonderful way to start off the day. I was in such a great mood for the rest of the day because of how welcoming and wonderful the staff was. I also had the café mocha which was delightful. And the raspberry and pomegranate gelato is probably the best I’ve ever had. Definitely worth the visit. It’s also one of the only places in the area open on a Sunday.

If all you know about Fort Pierce comes from the dumb-criminals column of the newspaper, you’ll be surprised to know that within a mile of the meth fiends is the upper-class part of Fort Pierce, where you can find a waterfront condo building with banking and shopping on the ground level. Uncle Carlo has settled into this part of Fort Pierce very nicely, and it’s not just gelato that he’s serving. We ate lunch here; the panini menu oddly doesn’t include a classic panino Caprese, but the Olindo(which adds roasted and marinated red bell peppers, romaine, and Italian dressing to the usual mozzarella, tomato, and basil) was delicious. We were on the fence about whether to order gelato afterwards. A local gave us a hint: Not all the flavors of gelato are on display. Sometimes Uncle Carlo mixes up something amazing in small batches. And sure enough, we found out there was a flavor worth indulging in, even as full as we both were. I’ve forgotten what it was, but that’s okay because it’ll be long gone(and probably replaced with something else delicious) by the time you get there. Enjoy!
