Great coffee at a good price fast service and they will remake it if you don’t like it.

Great coffee, I’m not a big fan of Starbucks but this location has given me great coffee and gotten the order right several times:) i didn’t give them 5 stars because of customer service. A few girls there really need training on customer service. Being short and rude with a customer so you can talk with a coworker about a guy your hooking up with, isn’t a great look for the company. There’s always a few bs apples in a bunch. The store also has great employees with awesome customer service. That’s why I’ll be back:)

They should join the military so they can learn to take orders. Told them they forgot a drink and they made a horrible one and had attitude like it was our fault they forgot.

I always go to this starbucks to me they have the best coffee. This one is way better than the one in junction city. Although there is one girl there that makes my experience bad sometimes because she always has a bad attitude. I say if you hate it that much you should look for a different job.

The ambiance of this Starbucks makes for a great spot to have a delicious cup of a hot flavorful beverage and catch up with friends. It’s small and has comfortable seating so a two hour chat seems like nothing. It’s a cozy & intimate setting with friendly fast service.

I give this place 2 stars as it is the only Starbucks on post. Understaffed and crowded during peak hours. Staff is unfamiliar with utilizing the Starbucks rewards system. Has a very limited in store availability, and they are not yet authorized to redeem birthday rewards. The baristas are somewhat knowledgable about their menu but are not able to provide the best service because of being severely understaffed. It wouldn’t be a bad location if they had more workers. The siting area is not cleaned as frequently as it should be.

It drives me nuts that there’s no drive-thru. But, it’s still a Starbucks and it is way closer than the next one available. For a while, certain employees were making my drink wrong, and when I confronted them about it, they told me they made it «exactly how it was supposed to be made». Unfortunately, I’ve been drinking the same drink for years and consistently, so while I understand some changes are made — that this was not one of them. They weren’t going to make me a new drink correctly until I was half way out the door, and by then I was frustrated enough just to leave. If someone is spending that much money on a drink; the least you can do is make it right or fix the solution. However, that was a new person and haven’t had that problem since. Sometimes the younger crews behave a little unprofessionally, but not to the point where it is bothersome. The only real issue is that sometimes the are extremely slow to make drinks. I don’t know if it’s because they are new, or just not used to the loads of service. Beyond that, I am satisfied with this Starbucks and am very happy it is here on post! I will(and do) return.

I really only go to this Starbucks because it is my only choice. The line is always long. I am called ‘Hon’ and feel like a thief when I try to use my rewards benefits. Going to the Fort Riley PX Starbucks is like work. You go there for the coffee and not the café experience or the customer service. I do not take my friends to Starbucks fearing I will be embarrassed when I am called ‘Hon’ or over charged or denied a rewards benefit.
