My father recently moved to Fort Smith Arkansas. He purchased a washer and dryer and asked them to deliver the machines. They promised a certain day and were not able to make it. I called and spoke to the Sales Manager who promised that my father would be the very first delivery at 3pm. At 5pm I had to call back and she stated that they had just left the store to deliver to my father at 450pm. If you want reliable on time delivery of your appliances — do not use AArons.
