2 stars at best… I’ve been to different Buffalo Wild Wings all over the country and this was the worst one. The beers took 15 minutes on a Wednesday night… The appetizer came out burnt and 20 – 25 minutes after ordering it(it’s very slow in here) finally got the food and the burgers were burnt to a blacken. The waitress was nice but the service and food were poor. Men’s bathroom had trash on the floor and the«urinal cake«on the floor, I don’t even know how that happens.

I give two stars. 1 star for good food and 1 star for good margaritas. But the waitress sucked, and I wait tables for a living so my expectations are realistic. I understand if it’s busy and I understand if the foods not good, it doesn’t make it the waiters fault. But it took forever for our drinks, my 2 year olds drink came ten minutes after my drink, and she brought just the chocolate milk bottle I ended up having to go ask for a cup with a straw and for silverware. I don’t think I’ll be going back at all.

If you’re a fan of Buffalo Wild Wings then you’ll like this place. The dining room was clean with good food and friendly service. I think I’ve made my way through all of their dry rubs and and sauces and I’ve yet to find one that turned me off. It’s just a matter of finding your favorite. There is one thing about this location that I can’t stomach. They really need to remove that Dallas Cowboy jersey from the wall. Just looking at it almost drove my appetite right out the door. A Cowboy jersey? Really? That’s such bad taste. At least put a team that’s won a Super Bowl in the last two decades, oh wait, they’ve already got the Steelers up there.

Terrible food tonight. The service was even worse. We waited to be greeted. We didn’t receive refills. I had to ask other servers for napkins, forks, basically everything we needed. We have been here for an hour and half. My glass has been empty over 30 minutes. This is the worst experience I have ever had at a BWW.

My family visit BWW nearly every weekend for lunch and occasionally for dinner. Never once have we ever had to wait to be seated or wait for our food. Service has always been prompt and always to our specifications. The staff is always super friendly. When I say the staff I mean the WHOLE staff. Even those who are not dealing with our table directly. Price of food is great. It is just as cheap for me to feed my family at BWWs then to feed at a fast food chain and we get better quality food and more to eat.

Worked hard today and wanted to sit and relax with my husband and enjoy some good wings. The waitress sat us, a few minutes later the same waitress sat some of her friends AND took their drink order. We got our drinks 5 minutes after the others who came in 5 minutes after us plus she brought them carrots and celery. Ordered our food and ordered some fries. Food came but fries never did. The other table got 2 separate order of fries, the second order they looked surprised and said thanks, I’m sure one was ours. We’ve always enjoyed BWW but the blaten disrespect was too much.

Close to my hotel, and came in for a couple of beers. Cold beer, nice TV’s, and friendly service. Even though I am not a fan of BWW chicken wings, the two guys next to me seamed to enjoy their wings. Stay thirst my friends…

I love going here on date night or just after a hard day. I usually get the parmesan wings and a blue moon. The staff is always friendly and prompt.

This place can be great, but DONOT order food if it is within two hours of close! The kitchen will hate you and the food quality will suffer. I had an issue a few months ago with actually hearing the cooks cussing and slamming stuff around despite it being an hour and a half before the kitchen closed. The wings that I received seemed to have only been brushed with a tiny bit of sauce. The manager was quite apologetic when I brought it to his attention, but could do nothing since it was a to-go order and I was already home. I finally decided to give them another chance tonight, but received boneless wings rather than the traditional wings that I had ordered. The server rang them in correctly, the kitchen dropped the ball for the second time in a row. Once again, nothing can be done because I am back home with my incorrect to-go order.

My boyfriend and I come here often. It has good pricing and the food is good. The previous reviews to me don’t really do this place justice. I’ve never once had bad service, the karaōke night is fun, and the staff is really friendly. My boyfriend gets the same thing every time(small boneless honey BBQ) and is never disappointed, I like to try new things so I get something different every time. Mango habanero is my favorite wing sauce and desert heat is my favorite dry rub. You can get the dry rubs sprinkled over your fries or buffalo chips as well. My favorite burger is the big jack daddy. It’s definitely a big proportion but it’s good for the price. Best salad is the chop salad. It can get really loud on karaōke nights but I love the atmosphere and the fun environment. If you can’t stand people singing or even hearing some tone deaf people singing, I would steer clear on karaōke night. When you go here, ask for Calynn to be your server. She’s the best there. Always gives wonderful service and I always request her. Love BWW’s.

Yes! They’ve finally got a B-Dubs in Ft. Smith… and it’s excellent! I’m primarily comparing my BWW experience here to the ones in the Northwest AR, Little Rock, and Southwest MO areas. I’ve been coming here 2 – 3 times a month since it opened with groups ranging from three people to 10 people and have never had a bad experience. The wait staff is super friendly and courteous; whether you’re in the bar, the patio, or dining room. I always get boneless wings and they have always been generous with the number in the tray. I’ve never ordered anything on the menu and received it in poor condition like it was just«thrown together» or cooked hastily. The drinks at the bar have always been just strong enough and reasonably priced. There’s enough large TV’s for everyone to watch or play the games on. I’m not sure if they do karaōke at the Ft. Smith location, but that was something I enjoyed at the other locations and would like to see it here.

I almost hate to say it, as I love local wing joints, but BWW has the best wings in Fort Smith at the time of this review. We’re really hurting for a mom-and-pop wing shop, but BWW does bring the quality. The sauce selection is excellent and their prices are pretty reasonable. They have a fantastic lunch deal, which is what brings me here most often. The service is fair to middling… you’re virtually assured competent service, but really excellent is hard to find. On game nights, especially Razorback/Sooner games, the place is packed. If you aren’t interested in the sports, avoid like the plague. Pro-tip: Try the tenders naked with a dipping sauce. Quite tasty.

Great wings! I have been here quite a bit and have had great service but have also had not so great service. The pros out weight the cons here. It’s a great place to get some wings and enjoy a game.

We have eaten at many Buffalo Wild Wings and were so excited when one came to Fort Smith. We had a great experience and the food was so good! Good server and good manager. Asian zing sauce is the only way to go! The only negative, parking is pretty bad! Over all great place and we will be back often!

Been there three times now since they’ve opened while trying to see if my previous experiences were just the restaurant working it’s kinks out. Not going to be visiting anymore. It seems as though the wait staff works on some type of «team» system where there is no single server for your table. Twice, I’ve stared across the bar to see our beers sitting there for 5 – 8 minutes before our server finally brought them out. I’ve had to ask for them to clear empties away and take away the dirty napkins and plates. There is no sense of service at all. We watched as a group of about a dozen guys having their fantasy football draft called a manager over to complain that they weren’t getting their food. Instead of seeing the folks stepping it up, you could just see the servers’ surly looks. Hey B Dubs… my wife and I typically drop $ 80 a pop between drinks, an appetizer, and some wings. We have both worked in restaurants and know what good service should be. You ain’t it.

Service is awful, and I never got the wings I ordered, and finally left. I will go back when they get the kinks worked out!

They should have opened this place years ago! They’re missing a lot of revenue. Place is packed and is way better than Fridays or Hooters. However, they still have some training left to do. First fight night and they’re struggling to stay on top of things and keep drink and food orders straight. I’ll give this place 4 stars for now but I fully expect this to be 5 stars before too long. Also parking is insanely difficult! Not enough spots sadly. Took 5 to 10 minutes to park. One last thing, Yasmine was very nice and pleasant to have as a server. Thank you Yasmine! I’ll be here again for sure!
