I recently was in town on business, and my iPhone 5 broke(due to the battery swelling up internally.) Showing up at Gadget Grave at opening, they were able to fix my phone and turn it around quickly. It was expensive($ 175ish), but that included a new screen, new home button, and new battery(As the battery had warped all of those parts internally! They were able to turn around the repairs on the same day in about 4 and a half hours, which really helped, because I needed help urgently. Their employees were courteous and professional, and I’m quite satisfied with their results.

If these guys cannot fix your device no one can. They have techs on staff and parts in stock to make a damaged device an easy experience. I also learned they fix computers too at a great price! Thanks for everything Gadget Grave!

Took an iPhone here to get the screen replaced and had a horrible experience. One of the workers, Alex Gordon, called and said that he could back up all my photos(almost 1,000 photos) and contacts and notes before doing a factory restore of my phone(which was needed to update my iOS and thus to replace the screen). I asked if I could get all my pics back, and he said Yes, and that he would put them on a hard drive. So he replaced the screen and restored my phone, but now gone are all my contacts, 3 years worth of notes and 3 years worth of pics!!! The only photos on the hard drive were from 2012! On top of this, they charged me 70 bucks for the repair and an additional 20 for the backup and flash drive! I returned a day later to see if they could possibly do a data recovery for my deleted photos(Bc I never backed it up to iCloud or iTunes), and Alex hid in the back while one of the front desk workers struggled to tell me that there was nothing they could do. He even went in the back to ask Alex, who still couldn’t even come out to tell us face to face. This place is a hot mess and their technicians are not that savvy with poor customer service and overcharged prices. I would recommend seeing phone doctors or best buy over these guys. I’m never returning here again.

These guys are the best! Just when I thought my PS3 was dead, these guys know what to do. The price is reasonable than sending it to Sony and paying a hefty price and wait for 2 weeks to get your PS3 repaired while Gadget Grave took about 5 or 6 days to get it repaired. Definitely my go to place to get electronics dices if you don’t have a warranty.

I have now used The Gadget Grave to repair my Home Computer, my iPhone and broken glass on my iPad2. Without exception, the repairs and Customer Service has been Outstanding and their fees very reasonable. I will continue to use The Gadget Grave if the need arises and highly recommend them!
