An absolute surprise find! We’ve never stayed at a Homewood Suites before. Just got in from a 13 hour drive and everything was booked up in Ft. Smith due to a baseball tournament. We got the last 2 rooms, thank God! With 3 kids hotels are usually cramped. Imagine my excitement to walk in to a full kitchen, living room and separate bedroom! It is beautiful, clean and comfortable. The staff is very nice and accommodating! So thankful for this find! We will stay here again!

We stayed a night here in Feb, 2016. The hotel is pretty and the staff friendly. Our room was clean, spacious and bed comfortable. Hotel has a nice business center with computer and a printer. The printer proved to be very useful as I needed to print something and it was right there.
The breakfast is free with usual selection of eggs, potatoes and fruits. All in all we had a nice stay.

Stayed here for an out of town wedding. Very nice spacious room in the suite. The kitchen was super nice. Could use a little larger TV for the room size and if you’re not flying in the air traffic is a bit loud.

Great hotel. Clean, neat and beautiful. The best $ 108 you’ll spend on a room. We ended up staying three nights and found it very comfortable, good free breakfast, friendly staff and enjoyable all around.

Clean, comfortable, convenient and affordable. I have stayed here on two separate occasions on business travel. The hotel is very spacious and comfy for extended stays. The bed is firm and comfortable. Nice sized bathroom. (No tub-for those traveling with children) Full size fridge, microwave, dishwasher and dinnerware. There is a decent sized dining table and desk along with a love-seat. There are washing machines on every floor. The complimentary breakfast and happy hour are decent. Negatives-No room service.

This is a very nice property located near the airport. Grounds are immaculate. Rooms are what you would expect from a Homewood Suites which is upper middle class.

I agree with the other favorable reviews; this hotel is the cleanest I’ve seen in years! I asked the concierge if it’s new but they said it is 4years old this summer. They really take care of the place. Staff is friendly and professional. Our bed was comfortable and the suite has a nice kitchenette. Very nice value. We’ll be back!

The best place to stay in Ft. Smith, AR. Don’t go anywhere else, this place is clean, friendly and quiet! Breakfast in the morning is really, really good and frendly staff. We stayed in Hampton Inn in the same town and we wanted out! So just save yourself the trouble in looking just go here and enjoy.

What a great property!
This place is really niiiiice, with many extra «i’s».
New, clean and nicely decorated. My room (ahem «suite») was very spacious, I could easily live here.
Everything is shiny and new, not a speck of dirt to be found anywhere!
Friendly staff offers great service in a very convenient location.
