My daughter had a wedding last month. I chose to use the Gamut for the groomsmen and her father based on the 30 minute conversation with the owner who sounded so helpful and acted like her business goes the extra mile.

So I was participating in a wedding recently and the suits were provided by the Gamut for the groomsmen and father of the bride. Many of us lived out of the area and had to be measured at other locations and send the measurements in.
The staff were very polite on the phone when calling to pay, etc.
However when we arrived in town and picked up the suits we had lots of problems. One of the suits (measured in store) was about 10 inches too big in the waist and chest. That guy ended up wearing his own suit as it was unworkable. Another had an extra 6 inches in the waist and had to be safety pinned. My suit they had only bothered to hem one of the legs. The other had not been hemmed and had been pressed unhemmed so would have been easily noticeable. Luckily my wife had a needle/​thread at the hotel and was able to fix it.
When the tailoring work was complained about we were told they were not required to fix it since some of the measurements were done elsewhere — even though in my book not even hemming one of the legs is not an issue with measurements and the ones measured in store were worse than the others.
The suits themselves were nice looking, on time, and they had a longer rental period than men’s warehouse rentals which made things easier to pickup and return. However, the tailoring work leaves much to be desired and left a very poor taste in my mouth.
Very unlikely to ever use this place if I had an option.

The Gamut outfitted our wedding party and the guys looked great. They have a longer rental period than other stores and their prices are the best around. Shannon & Maxine are also a pleasure to worth with. Shannon’s energy is contagious.
