I’ve been buying my prescriptions from this pharmacy since I moved to Fort Smith. I tried to buy my allergy medicine today and after I signed for it, they told me their system crashed and they couldn’t complete the transaction. I waited more than 30 minutes for their system to reboot and they ran my transaction again. Then they told me they couldn’t sell it to me because they system shows they just sold me one and I’ve exceed the amount they can sell me. I asked how they fix that and he said they couldn’t. So, now I can’t buy my allergy medicine for 30 days because of their problems and they seem to careless. Needless to say, I’m looking for a pharmacy with better customer service. As a follow up to my earlier post, after the incident, I posted a compliant on Walgreens’ web site and my wife called their national number to complain. The local Pharmacy called us the next day and said the manager could override the system, so i could buy my allergy medicine. When we went to the store the manager apologized for the problem and then gave us the Claritin for free. I told him that wasn’t necessary, but he insisted. So for doing the right thing, I give them four stars and will continue to do business with them. Thanks
