This place is phenomenal! I’ve recommended it to several friends who have also loved it. The apartments are well prepared upon moving in and staff are exceptional. I’ve lived here for 2 years and every interaction with them has been pleasant. They are very accommodating and go out of their way to help. I’ve had a few minor repairs that were needed and maintenance was quick and very friendly. The location is also excellent. It is near a Kroger, Target, TJ Maxx, and Starbucks as well as a handful of other stores and restaurants. Essentially everything you need is within 5 minutes of driving. I’d highly recommend this place.

Welcome home! I spent six years living here and enjoyed every moment. Gettysburg Square is an all-around great place to live for young professionals. The apartments here are a little on the small side for the price, but what they lack in space, they make up for in service. Management is in the office six days a week, are very cheerful and know you by name. Maintenance crews live on site and are always available for emergency repairs. Whenever I needed something fixed in my apartment, maintenance came the same day. Everything is fixed correctly the first time. They even show you helpful repair tips if you’re handy with tools. Air filters and smoke alarms are tested by staff bi-annually. Outside, all areas have beautiful landscaping that is maintained throughout the year. Grass is cut twice a week during the summer. Dumpsters are within reasonable walking distance from all buildings and are emptied twice a week. Recycling is also offered. The maintenance crew does a stellar job on snow removal too, often working in the middle of the night to keep things clear. I never had a problem getting out… sometimes the parking lot was better than the roads! And yes, there is ample parking. There is also a pool, tennis court, basketball court, fitness room, as well as a laundry room and laundry machines in each building. Gettysburg is located within a five minute drive to Downtown. The apartments themselves are modern, clean, and carpeted. Each has a dish washer, garbage disposal, decent-sized closets, and balcony or porch. Pets are allowed. Most apartments come with a view. I was impressed with how quiet my place was; I barely noticed I had neighbors! I felt peace of mind with the safety at Gettysburg Square too. The police regularly patrol the apartment complex and I never witnessed any disturbances. Gettysburg Square is a great residence for young professionals and retirees, which make up most of the community here. I wouldn’t recommend families with children live here; it’s more suited for mature clientele. One bedroom apartments: $ 620 One bedroom w/den: $ 750 Two bedroom: $ 815 Two bedroom townhome: $ 950 P. S. I’ll vouch for the photo gallery on their website; all of those pictures are minimally Photoshopped and an accurate representation of the property(other than the fancy Ikea furniture… that’s where your decorating skills come in handy!)
