Autozone

This Autozone is my favorite in the area. The staff is helpful, without being pushy about their products. Autozone is big on advertising that– to maintain a solid returning customer base, but this store actually follows through. They have helped answer my questions about different brand merits and have checked multiple engine codes for me. Had to get my battery replaced and it was done in the parking lot in 20 minutes.

I’ve been to this Autozone a few times and always get great customer service. Today was such a great experience I just had to write a review. First of all I can’t stand when something goes wrong with my transportation; car wouldn’t start and had done the same thing day before. I was praying it was only the battery so soon as I got my jump — off to this Autozone. Soon as I walked in Butch was at the ready to assist. He brought out his handy checking machine and put a smile on my face that yes, it was just the battery and nothing major! Next he grabbed the battery for my make and model and put it on his cart and started swapping it out for me without me even asking! Awesome! On top of that I had a bad terminal clamp and he took the time to replace it also (that would have been at least $ 70 worth of labor at a shop). Last but not least — the bad battery was four years old and still within the 5-​year Autozone warranty! #winning
