Brava Hair Studio and Day Spa

Me encantó el trabajo de Paris! Lo atiende a uno muy bn! Súper amables, te brinda de tomar agua, capuchino. El lugar es bn nice!

Was here a couple of months ago. Nice people, but I didn’t get what I asked for… so I drove to a stylist in Pensacola to get it fixed.
The products are very expensive here and so is the service.
Pensacola has better STYLISTS and the services are a better PRICE!

This review is not because I received a bad haircut (I’ve actually received a good haircut here, in the past. That’s the reason I didn’t give it one star) it’s b/​c I tried to book a haircut an never received a call back. Then I drove up to the salon to book it in person, only to be called back an hour later asking to switch my slot for one the following day. This did not work with my schedule so I was told that the original time would work. However, 20 mins later I was called and asked to switch it yet again, but this time it was for 2 days later. I’ve seen better appointment scheduling dealing with the Cox cable (and we all know how bad they can be). So if you have a cut booked for 2pm on a Thursday, in reality you have a cut booked sometime between 2pm Thursday-​11am Saturday.
–I must mention that, I am not upset about the appt. being canceled I am disappointed in the way Brava’s staff handled the situation. I was never given any reason for the change just «we can’t do it». It sounded as if they were being held hostage and couldn’t give too many details or they would be shot. Tell me that a «personal issue» came up. I don’t even care if you’re lying, but give me some reason why you can’t honor the appt. Anyways, hopefully the manager at Brava will see this and train the staff on «proper» customer service. I’ll even take this review down if they call me back and give me a reason why my appt. was less important than someone else’s.

I was only in town for one week and needed a pedicure after work hours (post-​5pm). They booked me right away for an evening appointment (they have later hours on Wednesdays) which was awesome! The service was great. They had a massage chair. Pedi included a great little foot and calf massage. Wonderful selection of essie colors, many pinks, reds (fishnet stockings, pouf daddy), even vermillionaire and raisinuts. Overall great place. I would go back and I would recommend it to others.

I cannot say enough positive things about Brava, Lisa, and her team. They are more than just a hair salon or even a spa. They have a boutique that meshes several unique styles bringing the latest fashion into the Fort Walton Beach area. In addition, they are always helping out with the community and offering and array of events that are suitable for men, women, and children. Even if you’re not into dying your hair there’s a little bit of something for everyone. Whether it’s a day away from the Mrs. for the guys, a day of pampering for the ladies, or just fun for the kids there’s always something going on at Brava. Thanks for all you do, keep up the great work, you are truly an asset to the community!
