If I could leave «0» stars I would.
The owners of the house we rented from used this company to «manage» the property. We rented the house for 3.5 years. We had 5 – 10 issues with the house over that time and always had to go directly though the owner when our calls and emails would go unanswered for days to weeks. When we moved out they kept all but $ 100 of a $ 2000 deposit. Being in the military we have rented places for more then 10 years and I have never had more then a couple hundred removed from any deposit. I would avoid this company for the lack of management and «shady» business practices.
