Homeowners– they will take your maintenance money and stuff their pockets with it while destroying your home!
Renters– don’t expect to get your deposit back and along the way, you’ll get to pay an extra $ 75 bucks every month every time something goes wrong!
This is by far the worst rental company I have worked with in my life. It’s a joke trying to get anything done.
The top came off of our chimney during a windy day, so rain water was flooding the living room every time it rained. For them to come fix it, we were charged $ 75. Guess we should have just let water destroy the home.
The people who own the house I’m renting are going to be thrilled when they discover the absolute disaster sundance made of their sky lights when they covered them in popcorn ceiling spray!
Stay away. Rent from ANYONE else.

We recently tried to rent a property from Sundance Rental Management, but within 24 hours of signing our half of the lease, we discovered that they lied about the property size by nearly 200 square feet!
We thought it must be a mistake, because of how large the error was, so we called as soon as possible to tell them we could not take the property, since we would not fit. In fact, we would not have even looked at the property at the correct size.
We expected them to want to help us, and maybe get us into another of their properties. Instead, they refused and insisted that we uphold the lease! Even though they made such a huge mistake (I hope it was a mistake and not fraud). They offered no buy-​out option, and were rude and abrupt with us (we should have checked their numbers before we signed! And they weren’t responsible for reporting the property correctly!)
We were renting the location without having seen the property, so we had to rely on their description and pictures of the property. I feel like they took advantage of us.
We decided to rent from another company in the area, and every other agency we spoke with agreed that Sundance was acting unethically and that they were «not surprised», so I guess they have a reputation.

Stevie McInnes is a rental property manager at Sundance. She is very unproffessional and unreliable while renting from her. And when it comes time to vacate the property she will nickel and dime your deposit to nothing, unless she has done something illegal. If you are military and leaving town on orders you will for sure loose despot since you cannot dispute the claims. I recommend against anyone renting from Sundance especially if you have to deal with Stevie McInnes.
