My wife called Dick’s after a much larger area company sent a tech that appeared to only be trained to replace dirty filters and check vent temperatures before calling for one who could actually diagnose the problem if cleaning the filter didn’t help. When the more experienced tech arrived, he told me that the fan on the heat pump was too small (it was the original model), cooling fins were damaged and couldn’t/wouldn’t be able to provide a repair estimate for a week. That was unacceptable so we tried Dicks. Their repairman cleaned the condenser coils and accurately diagnosed that a broken contactor switch was causing the heat pump to freeze. That was about a month ago and we are totally satisfied with their repairs.

I give’em 5 stars even though they had a active coupon saving $ which nobody mentioned. The customer service was excellent in helping get what we needed when we needed it. The tech that came out was 110% professional in every way! New what he was doing, didn’t BS around, found the problem, fixed it without trying to make it something that is what not, didn’t even turn to salesperson trying to upgrade or sale me something I didn’t need. Took care of business, very friendly and well mannered!
AAA+ business here!
