This is my second time in about the 5 years that I have been using Unilocal to write a review. I am so impressed with Michael’s service at the Fort Washington location that I feel like people should know.
I called the 800 number on my FedEx door tag to see what time my package would be back at the location for me to go pick it up. After putting me on hold for a couple of minutes, the rep came back and told me that it will be there a few minutes before they close, but I can drop by and wait if I’d like to. Immediately after I hung up, I got a call from a 215 #, who was Michael. He made sure to tell me that they would not lock me out if the driver didn’t show up by 7:50 with my package so I was welcomed to go in and wait. I was surprised to hear from him. A couple minutes later, he called again to ask me if I was going to be home and if I prefer that the driver come back and try to redeliver the package. I said yes, and he said he will confirm the time and call me back. As promised, I got another call from Michael stating that the driver will be at my home around 5:30pm. Around 5:20, he called again to let me know that the driver is stuck in traffic and will be at my home a little closer to 6. Talk about following up! I am impressed with the level of service, and with so many competitors in today’s world, attention to detail and convenience really stand out. Thank you for your help!
