This place is the absolute worst!!! They never have anything and they always mess up my order. I will not be eating here again. They should just tear this place down and start over from the ground up including staff.

They need to change the name to GFC… ghetto fried chicken because this is what this place is. The service is horrible and the quality of the food is lacking. It’s amazing how the establishments in predominantly Black or Hispanic neighborhoods that lack of standards are acceptable. What’s worse? The people who live in the area tolerate it. It’s amazing how different the quality of the food and service is in a predominantly White neighborhood. SMDH.

I wish I could give this place NEGATIVE infinity! There is no such thing as fast food service here! It’s so slow that I only stop here once every few months… usually I forget how bad service is. But I quickly am reminded by the line that doesn’t move. I always have hope but am always let down. Do your self a favor and just go somewhere else. They are always out of something. I don’t even want to give this kfc one star. I am sooo sick and tired of going to this kfc but it’s right down the street from my house. however this will be the last time I patronize this store. First they didn’t have the chicken I wanted and then the manager by the name of Ola is unprofessional and needs to learn how to speak to his employees. the best part of my visit was the drive thru attendant kevin. He was Extremely pleasant and tried to make my visit better. the manager packed my box with a piece of chicken that I did not originally want but had no choice but to get because they were out of what I wanted. The piece of chicken looked horrible so I asked Kevin if he could change it. as he was changing it the manager proceeds to fuss and yell at him. well needless to say my fiancé checked the manager on his unprofessional behavior. these managers need to learn how to speak to people. Just because you are in a leadership role does not mean you treat your employees like crap. Every time I visit this kfc it’s an issue… I have absolutely had it and will never go b acknowledge again. on top of that the food was HORRIBLE.

Every once in a while you want a quick meal. If this is the case, don’t go to this KFC/Taco Bell. The wait time to get your food is ridiculous(20 minutes is actually good for this place). We have visited this KFC many times over the 17 years we have lived here and while the cleanliness has gotten better, the place is still filthy. The floors are always sticky and dirty, the ice machine/soda dispenser smells musty and is a sticky gooey mess. After visiting I feel I need another shower to get the ick off. Now, the food is not bad if you actually get the food you ordered. After learning the hard way, I always check my order before leaving. Too many times my order has been incorrect or incomplete. Last week I went in, ordered 2 chicken strip meals and two bowls. They tried to only give me one chicken strip meal. I never got the cups for the drinks I paid for(not that I would’ve drank anything out of that disgusting machine anyway). It was easier to leave without worrying about the drinks than it was to question it. I’ve contacted corporate in the past about this place and it did get better for a short time but then reverted back to the way it was.

Now that I am on Unilocal I feel like I need to inform others of the Ghetto KFC& Taco Bell that is down the street from me. It never fails that I have to wait 20 – 30 minutes for my order to be completed. In the drive thru and on yje inside. It kills me that KFC is considered a «Fast Food» restaurant when it should be called«Slow Food». The reason for the two stars is because you never know what kind of service you will get. One day there nice then other day there as rude as can be. One day the food is right, another day you are missing something. If you’re looking for something quick fast and in a hurry, you might want to pick another place to stop. If you don’t mind wait 30 minutes for their delicious chicken, make sure to bring a book to read.

Okay. it is KFC(and Taco Bell) so I am not expecting glamour and glitz nor and I hoping for anything other than a quick adequate meal with good service… so no dillisions. The staff takes smoke breaks by the front door rather than the rear… the dining area was pretty clean but the mens room. smelled like there was a recent salt water flood. I wanted to wash my hands AFTER I washed my hands. The $ 5 lunch pak which had two pieces of burnt original(never had burnt KFC before) and mashed potatoes which took up only HALF the small container and the other half with gravy. were more of a soup… and the bisciit was DRY… they asked if I wanted butter or jelly hen thwy gave me the order… and I said no… later when I thoight about it I was surprised they even had butter… most KFCs do not offer butter only jelly. But I guess this one figured they need to providw some moisture… the Chocolate chip cookie was Great. The staff who were not outside smoling but on break inside the dining area felt it necessary to have a CHAT at high volume across the restaurant with the counter staff… so I know who is working whn and till what hour and was surprised that the young guy had to work 13 hiurs today. One nice thing… besides the cookie… the counter staff were ENGAGING with the locals… chatting while taking orders… maybe a little too friendly with the off color but not too risky joking. … but socialble for the clientele who seemed to like the attention… oh yeah. While theu were joking around it might have been useful if theu put ice in the soda machine. THEFOODMIGHTBETOOCHICKENTOENTERHERE.

If you have about 20 minute of your life to throw away after you place your order, this is the place for you. If you do not want what you ordered, this is the place for you. If you what to order for a place that the worker do not know what two plus two is(let me help you out KFC, the answer is four), this is the place for you. This past weekend I order«2» number 4’s, which consist of 2 Chicken Little sandwiches, potato wedges and drink. I received 2 Chicken Little sandwiches, 2 wedges and 2 drinks. The manager did not understand that I was to receive 4 sandwiches, and I had the problem. Long story short, we went around and around for 10 minute. I got my money back, got the hell out and will never return.

Be prepared to wait. Very slow. Make sure you check to make sure your order is correct. They frequently mess up orders. Employees are rude. Not very clean.

This KFC is the dirtiest I have ever seen. It is a disgrace. The staff do not care and they are rude and very slow. The manager does nothing. We stopped by one evening and every type of chicken a guy ordered they did not have. It was so bad that I emailed the health inspectors. I hope they make it!

When you come here, be ready to play«Let’s make a Deal», because they will never have what you want to order, and will offer something else as a replacement. How in the he’ll do you run out of OG recipe chicken at the height of the dinner hour? I give fast food places a lot of room for error, but this place is ridiculous. This is also the slowest fast food establishment in the history of the world, and I am not being hyperbolic.

This is a combo KFC/Taco Bell andit has to be the slowest fast food chain location on earth. Be prepared to wait in the drive through for 20 minutes or more(most likely more). I have watched managers come and go and come and go but nothing ever seems to speed this place up, provide better service or fix its problems. Go elsewhere. Seriously, I have made my last attempt to eat here.

Be ready for a SLOW experience whether you’re inside or in the drive thru. You can easily wait 20 minutes or more, every night. Every. Single. Night. In that regard, they’re consistent! It is so unacceptable how this manages to happen and yet the staff is just all out SLOW. When confronted on the issue either the blame is pointed back at the customers or flat out ignored. But this is an urban KFC so there is only but so much that can be done about it. The food and location are the only thing that helps this place. Update: 12÷10÷12 Funny that this happens, but as I was waiting in the drive thru(approx 20 minutes, for nothing) drafting this very review. I ordered a simple 2PC combo with a sweet tea. The tea was bad and the attendant, Jaqeem, at the drive thru had A.T.T.I.T.U.D.E! Once I got and paid for my order, I simply asked for 2 sweeteners. He questioned me on what it was. I responded, in a respectful manner by giving him some examples. Not even bothering to look, he gave me this… «look» and said«Nah we ain’t got that.» Perplexed(which showed on my face) I asked again, ending with«Are you sure?» He replied«MM-MMMM» with a headshake combined with a neckroll! Handed me my items and sent me on my way! OH!!! Well excuuuuuuse me! **2 snaps** I found it extremely comical! But even more so that this guy acts like this WITHHISNAMEONTHERECEIPT! Seriously, this guy wanted to get complained about. Either that, or he knew he was in trouble and was just there to finish out his shift and get his check. No way would anyone wanting to keep their job act like that… then again… there’s no telling with people! Wanting the benefits w/o the responsibility! But that’s another conversation for another time!
