Mr. Young is exceptional. I called Mr. Young on a Saturday and he was able to provide same day service. He was on time and called to notify me he was 15 minutes away. He repaired my issue and corrected another minor concern I had. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Michael Young for any problems you might have.

Mr. Young came to my home to repair my furnace in the snow. He diagnosed the problem and now we have heat! No other company was willing or able to get to my house for 3 days. He is great at what he does, not expensive at all and fair. He is now my go to for HVAC repairs on my home. He is the best!!!

He installed my Goodman central heating and cooling system. 8 years afterwards the AC cooler needed a recharge on the coolant. I called him and he fit me into his schedule. We had AC back in hardly anytime. As always he was professional, timely and did great work. I can’t say enough good things about him or his company! We called Michael T. Young after having a different company come out and inspect our furnace. The other company said we needed to replace a part and while the part itself was under warranty it would cost nearly 400 for just the installation.
Michael T. Young quoted me a price of 120 to do the install with the warranty part and came out the next day on time. On arrival, they realized the previous company had misdiagnosed the problem and the furnace was installed incorrectly (this is our first winter in the house). The part itself was fine. They fixed the installation problem, installed the part anyway since they had it, and stuck to their original quoted price. The furnace works great now.
We will be calling them next time for any problems. Highly recommended.
