Saved. Our. Wedding. I can’t thank them enough. When our vendor cancelled at the last minute, they stepped in with less than 24 hours to go and saved our wedding. The service was impeccable. Our guests has a blast. If I could give 10 stars I would.

I used Sugar Rim for 50^th birthday party. I could not have asked for the better service. The bartenders were prompt and professional. The drinks were on point and they made sure everyone was having a good time.

Sugar Rim Bar helped me bring in my 35^th birthday in still with a party bus and the owner, Cory Brim was our personal bartender. Great customer service, great attitude and punctual!

I’ve used Sugar Rim Bar two years in a row for our Christmas party and absolutely would not do it without them. We use one bartender and one staff person for a ~75 guest house party and they have been an indispensable addition. They are very engaging with our guests and take all the pressure off for my husband and me so we can enjoy the party too. Also, their super efficient set up and take down have made it so that we have barely anything to do ourselves once the last guest leaves — trash is out, food is packed up, drinks are stored. They’re fabulous, plus the price is very reasonable and well worth it for all the benefits.

SugarRimBar is simply awesome. They are professional and every event they do is done with perfection. The owner is a true leader and a pillar of the community as well. I know first hand that every event he does, he goes above and beyond the call of duty.

I can’t begin to describe what a great decision it was for me to hire Sugar Rim Bar. I had a party at my home. The bartender, Richard, was prompt, social, and superb. Even if you think you might not «need» a bartender for an event at your home… You’ll find a reason after working with Cory’s Sugar Rim Bar service.

I hired sugar rim for my wedding. I talked to the owner directly and he assisted me with creating my specialty drinks for my open bar. He gave me more bartenders and bars than the contract called for just to make sure that we were covered. Everyone still raves about the drinks and how delicious they were. Thanks again Cory!

Had an awesome experience quite a few times with the SugarRimBar I would like to say I was treated like a star at a Fight Party that SugarRimBar was apart of. Awesome décor professional bartenders and an incredible job. Look forward to using them for my wedding, Birthday, etc.

I had the pleasure of attending an event that SugarRim Bar provided the bar service for in April 2013. The service provided was exceptional. Cory and his staff were engaging, entertaining and went above and beyond to make sure that everyone in attendance more than enjoyed the evening. I would recommend SugarRim bar for any event big or small. They will make sure your event is a true success.

Edit: The owner of SugarRim contacted me after I posted this review and gave me a partial refund ($ 50). He indicated that he had recently experienced company growth and hired a few bad eggs. Doesn’t make up for it entirely, but it certainly helps. Updated to 2 stars.
I made a very poor decision when I decided to go with Sugar Rim Bar as the service for my New Year’s Eve event.
I was planning a party of ~45 people on New Year’s Eve, and sought quotes for a bartender. Sugar Rim did have a reasonable rate for the evening. However, the good things stopped there.
The bartender showed up more than 1 hour late. This meant that I was not «a guest at my own party» as their motto portends, but rather made me the bartender at my own party for more than an hour.
The bartender that arrived literally did not know how to make a «whiskey sour.» Whiskey and sour mix right in front of her. She had to look it up on her phone. She did not know how to make a Tom Collins, Manhattan, or Whiskey Ginger. She only knew how to make drinks that involved the names of the items in them. What I am saying is she was most definitely not a real bartender. I did not pay $ 250 for someone to pour drinks for 4 hours, I paid $ 250 for a bartender.
She did not come with a knife to cut lemons and limes («we will come with all necessary tools»). She poured extremely strong drinks (from what I saw, roughly 3 shots per drink) to the point that my more sensitive guests could not drink them as they were drinking basically straight alcohol.
Sugar Rim offered to provide a customized drink menu and provided a sample. I liked the sample they provided and asked for no changes to the drinks listed on the menu. The bartender did not come with this menu.
After the event, the owner of the company contacted me and asked how my experience was and I told him all of the above information. However, he did not apologize, offer a discount/​refund, or even reply to my email explaining the situation.
In short, if you are looking to hire a bartender for your private event, I recommend you look elsewhere.

I wish I could give this place negative stars. I worked an event as a bartender for these guys after seeing an Ad on craigslist, The owner actually hired people off craigslist at the last minute (Thank God, we all knew what we were doing). Due to very short notice I rushed to the event location and arrived 15 minutes behind (I was the earliest to arrive.). The Client was furious with the owner for his extremely organized manner of arranging the party. Once the other workers showed up, things seemed to be under control, but only due to the staff. When the event began to die down, the client tipped all service staff accordingly and was impressed with our service but not with the company itself or the owner. I recieved a thanks and a $ 200 tip from the client through a personal check, However, once The owner, Corey found out how much money we made, he asked us to give him most our tips. Saying that «Servers and Bartenders are not supposed to make that kind of money» This is a terrible place to have cater your event and an even worse place to work for.
