Really happy with the service I received even for my foreign sports car. Had oil change and replacement if AC compressor. The latter was a major repair but i didn’t feel taken advantage of. They seem like real pros, caring and knowledgable.

Do not go here. Have been going here for years, mainly for Andre and Ronnie since they were really good with their customers and making sure I was taken care of. But since the new ownership is now in place, it is not the same. They have new ownership and new service manger James Nguyen who is the typical slimy service sales manager. Went in recently for oil change, was made aware of some service for my 12 year old care with 113,000 ish miles on it, but he tried to put the scare tactic on me that I had to do the service immediately.
I went to a mechanic a couple doors down that was recommended to me some time ago from my original mechanic who retired about 6 – 7 years ago and found that the work wasn’t as immediate and at half the cost. This shop has inherited some of the mechanics from the original shop I was going to, so I know their work is good. I will definitely be going there instead. Jeremy at Fort Washington Tire so much nicer, honest and not slimy one bit. Check them out!
I had taken both my car and my mom’s car to Fort Washington Tires Pros and Auto Center after Wiygul for a second opinion. Both times cheaper estimate and did not need all the unnecessary work That Wiygul was recommending.
Beware Wiygul Goodyear and James Nguyen! I would give 0 stars if I could…

BEWARE, BEWARE. BEWARE!!!

I have been here once before for an oil change. Beside the 2 hours wait for it (with appointment) it was a good visit.
I bought their VIP card.
HOWEVER I went back to change a rear tire. So they are charging $ 400 for it!!! Tire is $ 146(I am fine with this price) but what really kills me is that they had to change 2 wheels stud and they are charging me $ 100(part and labor) per stud!!! Wait, isn’t the part like $ 2 at the auto part store? And $ 80 of labour per stud!!! Are you serious??? That is the last time they will see my face and my two cars! I would have given it no star, but Unilocal requires at least one star rating.

Went to Wiygul Automotive to buy Tires but they did not have the tires that I wanted in stock. The price to order the tires were more than I saw on several websites so I told the Gentleman that I think I will buy them online. He said fine bring them in and we would be happy to do the rest of the work. I bought the tires from Amazon saving $ 240 and came back 2.5 weeks later planning on getting an oil change, transmission fluid change the tires mounted and balanced and the vehicle alignment. On this occasion another Gentleman said we don’t install tires from Amazon, if you did not buy them from us or
then we can’t install them. I have been a customer of this establishment since arriving in Fort Washington in 2006, but I will never give my money again to a company that has such a stupid rule. Why on earth would you turn down business in this economy?

first visit was awesome so i decided to buy their VIP package. i have a car that needs safety inspection and i was hoping i can use my VIP package but they dont have an inspector. few weeks later, i called the office and ask if i can come in that day for oil change, he said we are fully booked but you can stop by and drop off your car. i came in then i was turned away because i need an appointment. i wish the person on the phone could have told me instead of me wasting my time, coming in with a child and 2^nd car. VIP package?! i dont think so.
thereafter i requested to refund my money and cancel the VIP package i bought. only for one (2^nd will be kept for my dad) but this guy in the reception is totally ignoring me he seems busy on FB, then when he is looking up my file on the computer he cannot find it blah blah blah. he finally found it then brung it to the manager, im waiting for 23 minutes then my husband walk in and ask whats the hold up, he yelled at us and says «dont you see im on the phone?!» and eating. really?!! manager talk to me and trying to explain it. he needs to do this and that and he will call me. end of business day, i never received a call. so if we are waiting then we will just be waiting for nothing.
i have two VIP package, for my dad which he will keep. idk why. and im refunding mine since they suck! i hope they will treat my dad nice and fair.
today its almost end of business day and no call. i called and tried to talk to the manager, he hang up! GREAT! i called back and i was told that he will still need to do further research. GREAT! he will call me tomorrow. lets see
