Arby’s

Meat portions have got skimpy. I can’t get enough of there meat in my mouth. Two Roast beef max sandwiches and me still hungry.
Not enough meat for my mouth. Prices high yes, meat stacked high NO. Me want the good old Arby’s, where is the big Montana? where in the huck are the coupons 2 for 4 deals/​What the huck?

The BLT is a joke. Don’t get it. Compare my pics to the advertisement. While I know the ads always make the food look better than real life, this was the most misleading I’ve seen in a while. Probably the same at all locations. Size is small and not worth the same price as a bourbon bacon and steak. Get something different.
For this location individually, it was a mess. The counter by the condiments and napkins was atrocious. I passed 7 tables before I found a clean one at which I could eat. The staff seemed more concerned with speed than quality. They blamed it on one of their other stores being closed. Once the crowd (8 people) left, the manager came out and washed out everything instead of asking an employee.
However, the staff was nice and the food normally is great. The BLT tasted good, but should be 5.95 for the meal, not 7.69. They have good sweet tea, which is hard to find in the fort so that is a plus. Now, if they would follow mcyd’s lead and serve alcohol (preferably upgraded to bourbon from beer) that would seal the deal as one of the best fast food joints in town. Just clean it up a bit though.

Food was mediocre at best, hard buns are always nice but what really gets me, what really pisses me off as a father are no changing stations in the rest rooms. I’ve accepted that the majority of stores will not have them in mens rooms but for a large chain restaurant such as Arby’s, or any large chain for that matter to now have one in the women’s room is completely ridiculous. Now I know what you’re thinking, just change him on the counter, that’s all well and good except they don’t have one! My wife was forced to change a dirty diaper on the disgusting bathroom floor and who knows when the last time that was cleaned. Spoke with the manager who said «well we usually try and mop it often, no quite often» Yeah, that’s really reassuring. Will not be returning. Call me petty or whatever, but there is no excuse for this.
