I lived at Archer’s Pointe from June, 2013-July 2015 when my boyfriend and I parted ways. The maintenance staff was absolutely awesome and I never had problems with the office staff. Maybe I was just lucky, but I had awesome neighbors too. My rent started out at $ 580 with the first lease and went up to $ 624/month on the 2nd, but I didn’t have any rent increases on the 3rd lease. My only complaint with the apartment was the oven, which led to a few gas leaks. But fortunately, I have mutant smelling powers(normally this super power is a curse… Trust me…) and detected even the most minor of leaks immediately. Maintenance was always over to fix it within minutes when I called. They also took care of my central air issue within 10 minutes of me notifying them when the thermostat was mucking up last summer. Snow removal there was great, even with the Snowmageddon crap we’ve been dealing with. This was extremely important to me as I work in health care and we don’t get excused for snow. The dog park was a really nice addition, but some of the other residents were slack on picking up after their dogs. The office staff was really receptive and told me to call them up if the park had turds and they’d get it cleaned up. When I moved out, I scoured my apartment top to bottom(no joke… I even wiped down the insides and outsides of the doors, shelves, etc… Every square inch was cleaned… I spent a good 30 hours on the place), used my free carpet cleaning from one of my lease renewals, and had maintenance repair the normal wear and tear stuff before completely checking out. And yes, I got my entire deposit back. If I could’ve afforded the apartment on my own, I’d have stayed until I move off for graduate school in 2 years.

Nice apartments, great maintence staff, office workers very nice. Down sides: hard to find parking close to building after 9pm and yearly raise in rates, so starting at $ 580 a month for 1 year goes up to $ 600+ the next to resign lease and over $ 700 if lease is not resigned by certain date. No explanation given for increased rent other than the rates are looked at and altered daily.
