Very upset. After near 15 minutes in drive thru, they mess up my order and when I call to tell them I get no answer. A day and half later with over 25 calls and I finally get someone to answer. The excuse I get is, O the phone was in the office where we can’t hear it.

This location has had consistently the worst service I have ever had at any of the Fort Wayne BKs. This store was completely redone not long ago, and I was hoping that they would rectify the poor service problems that plagued this place almost from the start, but no joy.
