Love, love, love these cookies! I live out of state and rarely get the opportunity to have the delicious treats from here! Luckily, my sis-in-law surprised me with a bag full of cookies last weekend! I really like the texture of these cookies… easy to break apart and nice & chewy. I keep the leftover cookies in an airtight container and they maintain their consistency for more than 1 week. I am not a fan of mint flavored items in general, but the dark chocolate mint and mint chocolate chip cookies are my favorite. I also enjoy the snickerdoodle and peanut butter chocolate chip. I am not a fan of the popular iced sprinkle cookies… way too sweet! Overall, I love supporting this Fort Wayne small business from near and far! :)

Delicious cookies for sure. I only gave 4 stars vs 5 as the purchase experience or store front could be better. Yeah, being a little picky as the staff is always nice too.

These cookies were huge and delicious! The staff was not very friendly but if you just want some good cookies and don’t care about hospitality then I recommend this place!

these cookies are delicious. i purchased them as Christmas gifts one year for family out of state. after that everyone wanted to remind me to bring them some of dem cookies when i came back to visit. forget that i had to drive through 5 states to visit the cookies were more important. since moving, i haven’t found a cookie that can compete with Cookie Cottage. I mean there have been good cookies and outstanding cookies in my new home state but there have not been eye rolling, toe curling, hallelujah type of cookies. glad they deliver. this is a perishable item… no preservatives so eat them within a day or two of delivery for the best flavor.

I first tried the iced sugar cookies at an event held at a Vera Bradley store in Oak Brook, Illinois. It was LOVE at first bite — so much so that I ordered 5 dozen for a graduation party. My guests all loved these cookies as well. Before placing the order, I sent several e-mails to Cookie Cottage, and they always responded within hours if not sooner. I eventually placed my order over the phone, and the person who took my order was VERY helpful. 6 weeks later, I chose to send a dozen cookies to my daughter for her birthday. I received the order and assumed there was a packing error since the selection I received was not what I wanted. I wrote to Cookie Cottage and found out I had made an error when I ordered. They were SO nice and apologized to me, even though it was my error. They offered a resolution and were very sweet with the whole process. They have the best customer service ever. I don’t agree with the negative comments left by a couple of people. I have had nothing but positive experiences with this company and their staff. I would HIGHLY recommend Cookie Cottage !!

So I thought I’d give this company another try after putting them on a time-out. Same SASSY attitude on the phone and they make you feel like an idiot. After first checking their website(which stated 24 hr notice), I was basically shamed into silence after I was reprimanded that they need 48hrs notice unless I used one of their pre-determined designs(none of that was stated on their website). Clearly, I am too stupid to know their policies by psychic ability. When I tried to tactfully respond that I’m calling from out of state, i was not given any other options to order anything for local delivery. I was basically told«too bad so sad.» I HATE businesses that treat customers with an attitude of superiority. You bake cookies. Get over yourself.

This is an excellent, local cookie shop. Features several different varieties from traditional chocolate chip to macadamia to peanut butter to M&M to snickerdoodle to iced sugar. Very friendly staff. Located in a tiny strip mall adjacent to the larger strip mall with Jo-Ann’s Fabrics with parking. Recommend!

My husband is addicted to their chocolate chip and snickerdoodle flavors. I love they oatmeal nut and almond crunch. Yum! We live in Texas and every time we are in Indiana, he insists that we must stop in. I think the ladies including the employees are wonderful. I have placed phone orders with them many times for my family and have not had any issues. I would love to get their recipe. The cookies are true buttery goodness. I wish we had one in Dallas.

The cookies are absolutely delicious. The iced sugar cookies are my favorite. It is very difficult to stop at just one. I do have one suggestion. I would recommend that they sell cookie dough that you can eat. If the cookies are great, then the cookie dough would be delicious as well.

If you’re a cookie lover, this is the place to go. Love the rich flavor of the cookies and the prices. Personally never experienced any rude employees at the store(never ordered any so not sure how they are with that).

I am a huge fan of cute shops like this… especially those owned and operated by women.(‘Girl Power!’, Right?) The idea is great… a shop that specializes in cookies! However, I am not that impressed with this place. I have never been blown away by the service and the employees just seem interested in getting you your cookies and pushing you out the door. The prices aren’t bad… but the cookies are just ‘OK’. There is a nice selection to choose from but overall they are just average. I would be just as happy staying home, saving a little money and making my own treats.
