Friendly Employees… Awesome Place… only place we go for all our vaping needs/​wants !! Employees are very knowledgeable about their products. Great Selction of products on hand. Huge Choice of Juice to choose from. Fast and Friendly.

The only cravin vapes that i go to, employees are great and knowledgeable about there products. Unfortunately the past 2 times i bought a coil for my RDA subtank it has tasted like burnt … only two days after i start vaping on it! It sucks because that 12 bucks down the drain, and I know im priming it right because I had an employee watch me do to make sure I was doing it right. I will still continue with this store only but i may have to have something done if this happens again! Really great juice as well!

This is my favorite location in part because it is the closest location to where I live. But the other reasons are as follows:
* Good juice record. I’ve been going to this location ever since they were opened and I’ve only had an issue with juice flavor once.
* Great selection. This location has a fantastic selection of mechs, adjustable mods, tanks, rda’s, and vape pens.
* Fantastic Atmosphere! Great music selection always being played. Very modern look with black marble looking floor tiles. Its very clean, roomy, and efficient.
However, this is one con I’ve run into which is why I am giving it a four star rating and not five star. I have encountered poor customer twice. Maybe it is just me or maybe just them having a bad day, but on two separate occasions I felt very frustrated when I left because my issue wasn’t resolved at all.

My husband have been vaping for a couple years now… Started in Hawaii with a place called «Volcano.» When we had to move back stateside after getting out of the army we thought we were going to have to start ordering the stuff online. But much to our surprise we saw, «Cravin Vapes» had just opened right around the corner from our house, just off Clinton! We were very happy :) We saw how busy they became and how fast it grew. It was pretty crazy actually. Well when we moved on the other side of town a year later it was an even greater surprise when we saw they were opening one down the street off illinois! It has been very convenient and most of the time a wonderful experience. That is until of late… We have been coming to them since they have opened and continued to even when other competitive companies began opening all over town. But we stayed loyal… Everyone who has helped us at the clinton store was very nice and well educated about there supplies and merchandise… Very helpful. But when when we started going to the store off Illinois, more often then not, my husband or I or both have somewhat of a unpleasant experience. There have been a select few members of the staff that just always seem to be rude, unpleasant, uneducated and like we were just bothering them… I don’t understand why they would hire anyone who can’t really help customers with questions or problems about the merchandise that they purchased in THEIR store? If you’re gonna have people working for you that don’t really know what they’re talking about or don’t give a sh#@, at least have them be super nice, pleasant, and welcoming. I gotta say, if we have any more experiences like these, we’ll take our business elsewhere. And I would imagine other people will too if the customer service doesn’t improve.
