Terrible customer service! Death of a loved one is hard enough, and when you add already stressed out relationships, it can be a nightmare. My best friend went in between viewings to say goodbye to her father privately, and was told she couldn’t go in. My friend, being scared, anxious, and timid already just left and won’t get to say goodbye to her father. You suck D. O. McComb. I will be posting this review on every web site I can find.
