Best salad I have had in a while! They definitely give you a generous portion of steak! On top of the great food the ambience is fantastic. I will definitely be going back on my next trip into fort wayne

This place is GREAT! I had to travel from Chicago to visit a family member in a nearby nursing home, and my father(who lives 45 min away on Lake George) took me to lunch here. He has been coming here for years, and my grandparents came here for years before that. With good reason… the prime rib was superb and flavorful. Mine was perfectly prepared and served medium as ordered. It was complemented with delicious mashed potatoes and a flavorful gravy. The warm bread was a perfect addition to my meal… wish I could have taken a loaf back to Chicago with me. Our server was very attentive and friendly. The restaurant was clean, warm, and inviting. I do not make it to Ft. Wayne very often, but I will be back here for lunch when in the area and recommend to friends. Fantastic place!

Boring, unimaginative, cheap, bland, meh. I think that’s all I have to say about this place.

My wife and I were looking for a good place to eat and decided to stop here. Great choice! Service was great, and so was the food. We started with the cheese fries(perfectly cooked) and then moved onto our salads followed by the entries. My wife had the Herb Chicken that came out with asparagus and a large helping of garlic mashed potatoes. It was fork tender and delicious. I ordered the half rack of ribs and they were perfectly cooked as well. My side item was the pepper jack Mac-n-cheese. Loved it! The only issue we had was that the bathrooms could have been better maintained. They needed a good cleaning for sure. Otherwise this is a must stop for the hungry traveler!

First time at this restaurant. Service was great, the staff were very nice, and meals were phenomenal! Had the pistachio crusted salmon(loved it!) and my friend had he prime rib and said that was the best prime rib he’d ever had. Thank you for such a wonderful dinner.

Excellent service here. The prime rib fantastic daily. Prime rib served as ordered and choice quality. Appetizers here can make a meal.

Overpriced and poorly executed food! Literally one of the worst places I’ve been in years! $ 10 for shrimp cocktail– 4 teeny shrimp defrosted, out of a bag and a TON of cocktail sauce. Brown lettuce seems to be the norm. Prime rib is okay… JUST okay. The ribeye that we ordered rare came out grey with no sear or seasoning. My shrimp were very clearly dumped, frozen, out of a bag and into the fryer. They put scallions on everything including the Cesar salad, why?! Because you’re using crap ingredients and want to add some flair? Use parsley! Service sucked too… If you want the steak house experience(luxury and great, simple food) go somewhere else– St. Elmo maybe?

This place is great! The staff was so nice and friendly. They let me order off the lunch menu since I really wanted the salmon burger. This place has great food and great staff!

The customer service in this place is horrible. Entered the restaurant and waited five minutes to even be seated. There was no one else waiting to be seated. The waiter was slow… Slow slow service… The food was okay nothing exciting. The Caesar salad was warm and parts of the lettuce were brown. Definitely won’t be back to this place, even if I like the food I wouldn’t be back because slow service. And it wasn’t even busy when we were there!

Dark, dirty, abrupt service and miserable food — what’s not to like about a place that decided it would be alluring to gourmands to name a restaurant, «Factory»? At least they’re honest. It lives up to its name. Run!

Sunday at noon got a table in a nice secluded area by the windows. Consistent service, willing to accommodate all requests and substitutions. Others ordered house salad, Greek salad, Caesar salad, French onion soup, prime rib, and blackened cod. Everyone was happy with their meal. However my little brother ordered the filet mignon and looking at it it didn’t seem like the highest quality meat. I ordered the loaded baked potato soup first and it was very good, although it could have been hotter. I also ordered two of the sliders — first, the sirloin without the bleu cheese which was good but not fantastic. Second, the bbq brisket without any of the toppings they suggested and instead grilled onions. For some reason the grilled onions tasted odd, so I took them off. The brisket was very tender and nicely flavored. I would highly suggest the brisket slider and the loaded potato soup. For dessert we had a birthday and they gave us the dessert with a sparkler and took a photo, which they printed out and gave to us in a frame. Very sweet! Definitely stands out. The debrands raspberry torte was a good dessert but it would be improved if they left out the sickeningly sweet layer of white icing.

Our services was so slow, we ate faster than the amount of time we had waited. The décor was nice and the historic pictures were a good touch. For our appetizers, we enjoyed the firecracker shrimp. They were delicious. We ordered the ½ ribs, however the signature sauce for the ribs had too much cumin and ribs were overloaded with the sauce. The ribs were very hard to get off the bones. We had broccoli on the side and this was overcooked. We also ordered the fish sandwich but the lack of flavor was very apparent. The fries were we okay. I would compare it to McDonalds/Burger King fish sandwich, but its more expensive at this restaurant.

Best food I’ve had in a long time. The prime rib melts in your mouth. The prices are great too!

Hmmm, we were excited to try the Factory because we like the Gas House so much, but this place was disappointing all around. I made a reservation, but we had to stand in the for about 25 mins before being seated. I have a 5 minute rule between sit down time and the time a server comes — we got close to leaving. Anyway, appetizer and salads were mediocre at best. I had the raspberry chicken which was fine, but not memorable. The most enjoyable part of the night was sitting next to the kitchen and not being able to have a conversation with my husband because the staff yell ‘COMIN, IN,’ OR ‘COMINOUT’ with each entry and exit from the poorly designed kitchen area. Will not be coming back here.

Great service, thanks to Heather B! The French onion soup was Exquisite, the prime rib sandwich was incredibly tender and flavorful, not fatty either. Salmon was cooked perfectly on salad(though could’ve been larger portion) and Heather was good to substitute the bacon dressing without hesitation, held the bleu cheese as requested. Price was great for the quality of food, and ambiance very nice and cozy. Very clean restaurant and acoustics also good for conversation.

We definitely come here for the Prime Rib. The Wedge, Caesar and Garden Salad’s are all very good. Other items we enjoy include the French Onion Soup, the Atlantic Cod, and Fried Shrimp. Our favorite side item definitely is the risotto and baked potatoes. I have only tried two items I did not care for, so far — the onion rings and the scallops(the scallops would’ve been fine if they were not cold when they came to the table). Great appetizers include the little sliders and the fire cracker shrimp.

Another trip to Ft. Wayne and another visit to the Factory. Another great feed. My pal(a Factory«Virgin») had the Filet and he was blown away. Food and Booze $ 80. I now feel free to give this place my highest compliment: It is boring in its excellence. (Meaning its status never changes…)

I went here for dinner while in town on business. I ordered the Filet mingion. I was excited since this was a steak house. The filet unfortunately was very bland. I normally can finish off a filet very quickly. This time I was choking it down. I asked for au jue to give it flavor but even that was bland. I ate it just to eat it. I would not get that again. It redeemed itself slightly though with dessert. I got the cheese cake. It tasted homemade, I asked if it was but never did get an answer. The service was good, the waiter was fun. I like the atmosphere but I wouldn’t get a filet there again.

I’ve been here twice. Once with friends for a drink and some live music. Their Blood Mary is awesome, the fresh bread a real treat, and the staff friendly. The second time I went for dinner right before Christmas and I got some«mystery meat» that was the Chef’s special and everything on the plate was overcooked, gray and I got food poisoning. The Chef must have been trying to clean out the fridge! I won’t be going back after that nightmare.
