Nice and clean. No complaints except not very accessible to physically challenged. Young lady at front desk was not helpful on Saturday night when we checked in.

This Econolodge is the former Lee’s Inn. It has been kept up and is clean, with a very attentive staff. The continental breakfast is very basic, but based on the cost of the room, it’s adequate. Rooms recently updated, but furniture still the same. Beds were great, TV is wide screen tube type. Plenty of power receptacles for electronics. Interesting thing about the indoor pool, it is heated and was very warm, almost like hot tub warm. Speaking of which, it looks like there may have been a hot tub at one time, but it appears to have been covered over with a platform. I would recommend staying here.

A nice stay for quite a bargain.
I’ve stayed at several Econo Lodges and I must say that the one in Fort Wayne was the best. The staff was friendly and the room was surprisingly large and very clean.
Maybe this location is new or recently renovated, but it was a very comfortable stay. Not bad for under $ 60. The location was close to the interstate, right off the exit, very convenient for travel.
The room had a king sized bed, a fridge and a microwave. The wifi was also speedy, which is a big plus.
All in all, I’d definitely recommend this Econo Lodge for a stay. It’s not a 5-star hotel, so just keep that in mind, but you’ll get 2-star prices for 4-star comfort.
