Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I needed to rent a car for a one way trip to New York to pick up a vehicle that I purchased online. I called this office because Enterprise also has an office only 2 miles from the vehicle I am picking up. So, it is quite awesome that they have so many locations. When I called, I never got through to a real person. After about 10 minutes of being on hold And listening to a recorded message, I gave up. Then I called the number from the website, a national call center I suppose. Wow, what a difference. Phone was answered immediately and I received awesome customer service. Next time I need a rental I’ll probably use the website phone number again.
It’s still another week before I actually go get the car. I’ll be sure to update my review at that time.
Ok, just picked up my car. The guy who took care of my rental was great. I wish I would have gotten his name to include in this review. He was fast and courteous. Car was nice and clean. Very happy experience overall. Thanks Enterprise.
