Everdry Waterproofing

This company is dishonest and has ruined the basement of my home. I could only get them to do what they had contracted to do after filing a police report requesting an investigation for home improvement fraud. They present a flashy product, which would be great if they just didn’t install it fraudulently. I have dealt with them since March of 2013 and it is now almost the end of July. My basement is destroyed, my yard is destroyed, and I have taken so much time off work to now supervise them as I do not want to be cheated again. After the first and second fraudulent systems leaked (thank God as they just had unconnected pipes directing water in a variety UNDER OUR HOME and yes, in MANY locations) under my house, they said it was okay to put down carpet which we did, professionally… they destroyed it ripping out the second system to install a third, which I supervised. Of course they refuse to pay for anything as they already have my $ 25 000. Their owner, Brent, fires the honest workers and keeps the guys who do what he wants so they can keep their jobs. Do not believe the BBB «A» rating. The BBB represents the companies that pay them fees and although the BBB sent them our complaint twice, Everdry just never responded… AND despite all that, our basement still leaks and now had MOLD in the very areas we hired them to fix. It should also be noted that we purchased the FULL SYSTEM PACKAGE. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

There are also MANY complaints out there on the Internet, INCLUDING former employees who speak of what they do. READ UP and hire a reputable contractor instead!
