Fazoli’s

Fazolis isn’t as great as it used to be but its still pretty good fast food Italian. If I had one closer to my house I’d definitely eat here more often. Nothing I really don’t like here. Got the baked spaghetti and lemon ice.

This was not our first visit to this Fazoli’s, but my first time checking in on Unilocal,so I thought it was time to give them a review.
Our arrival this particular visit was for late lunch, around the 1:00 hour so I think we had missed the lunch rush (about 15 or so folks seated around the business enjoying their meals). Our order was taken promptly by the very friendly cashier. We were given a number for dine-​in service and opted to sit in the sunken atrium area that this location has.
I did note that the floors looked like they could stand a good vacuum, probably from dropped breadstick parmesan or similar.
I ordered the chicken carbonara pasta. It arrived to the table within 5 minutes. Temp was perfect, and it was tasty, broccoli cooked perfectly and chicken too. A young lady was circling the room with a basket of fresh breadsticks for those who wanted more.
My wife had the chicken parmigiana pasta which was piping hot (don’t touch the plate). Thoroughly enjoyed this as well. The chicken was the breaded variety.
Price for each meal was $ 7 – 8 per person (not including beverage). If you get the combo deal expect about a $ 10 price tag for a full meal. As far as I know the free extra breadsticks come along with the deal so you can take advantage of this if dining in.

This place is FILTHY NASTY ~ started with filthy bathroom then dining room did not have 1 table that wasn’t either dirty on the top or funk all over the floor!!! Not sure about food because asked for $$ back

The olive garden 50 feet down the road had an hour wait, so Fazoli’s is where I ended up. Food is consistently out in a timely manner. Food is always hot. The best part of the meal is the bread stick. Unfortunately some confusion has developed in how to obtain more. While unlimited bread sticks have always been a staple, they have shifted from bringing them to your table, to you having to walk up to get them, and back to them bringing them around. This is especially upsetting when over half and hour has passed and I have finished eating and have only gotten my original bread stick. 30 min later, asking at the counter did the trick for more bread sticks. If you plan on stopping by, don’t hesitate to go up and ask for more. Perhaps they have done away with the «bread stick person» and you just need to ask again.
If you are stopping in for take out bread sticks, this is a solid 5 star experience. While especially delicious, I just wish those tasty tasty sticks of bread were more readily accessible, especially considering that for myself the breadsricks are the only reason I stop in.

Drive thru around 8:20 on a Tuesday. Ordered ravioli and made it a meal with drink and salad. Ordered an unsweetened tea. Got home and it’s super sweet raspberry. Salad is the saddest looking thing ever. No napkins, no silverware. Luckily was headed home. Only live 10 minutes away, because pasta was cold, and I have napkins and utensils so I could actually eat the mediocre meal. Not happy. I stop here every few months around the same time, and keep wondering why. Guess it’ll be several months if any before I go back. Serves me right for ordering fast food so late at night.

Customer service receives a 5/​5, cleanliness 4/​5, the real kicker of fazolies is the price of food (²⁄₅). I am not a super cheap person but to me $ 8+ for a lunch meal is steep. The staff is very attentive and always happy to help. If you were able to purchase a sizeable lunch meal for $ 5 or less then I would give this place 5 stars. Until then 3 it is!

Always a good stop for food. Clean, fast service, good foot, attentive staff. Easily 4 stars.
