Top notch Customer Service and quality gutter cleaning. My experience with Fish Window Cleaning was excellent, throughout the initial estimate for window & gutter cleaning to when the actual service was performed. As a home owner, gutter cleaning is one of the necessary routine upkeep items that has in the past engendered a bit of consternation, whereby finding a reliable company has proven difficult.
The year prior I used a different company out of the local telephone book and was left feeling the gutters were not properly cleaned, and was remiss to think of a manner in which to verify during the time of service.
When the owner, Mr. Vint arrived to perform the estimate, I asked if there was indeed a way in which I could be assured the gutters were completely unclogged and clean as a whistle. Mr. Vint indicated his technician would happily perform a «penny test» dropped down each gutter’s downspouts.
On the day of service, the company sent Clayton to perform the actual cleaning, and when he arrived he was clean, dressed appropriately, courteous, friendly, and professional. When finished, I asked if he would mind also performing the penny test on my home’s two rear downspouts as my home has a hip roof, to wit he replied, «Absolutely no problem.» (Dear Lord I appreciate good customer service).
Thereafter, he gathered his belonging, presented me with the invoice for service, and then made one final check to be sure he cleaned up the muck and gunk that was pushed out of the gutters.
If you appreciate a great value to quality service ratio, I cannot recommend Kenny and his team at Fish more highly.
