Is there anyone out there that an attest to the fact that this is a reputable company and they actually do shovel snow? I haven’t seen them yet this winter, but they do have my money!

My mom prepaid for their service before the first snow(at the beginning of December). They have not come at all from that point to today. Even if there were only a few inches, the snow can turn to ice and can become very dangerous. When she called to inquire about why they had not showed up after her driveway was covered, the person that answered the phone from their company was very rude to her and tried to argue with her. I would not recommend this service or company to anyone. They have taken advantage of my mother, but also her friend who signed up for the same service as well. Neither of them have received help of any kind with snow removal and when they both inquired about why, they were argued with and treated very rudely by the employee answering the phone, who happens to be the owner of the company. Then, even after she requested them to come they still did not come to perform the snow removal service she had already paid for. It does not seem like an ethical business and it would be better to seek elsewhere. I’m extremely disappointed with this company and I am very angry that they are taking advantage of people that require the service. I am home visiting for the weekend and see how dangerous her driveway is. She had told me she paid for the service, but they have yet to come since December. This is unacceptable and I myself had almost slipped and fell from the melting snow that had frozen over.

Absolutely the worst business I have ever dealt with. I paid this company $ 200 for snow removal for my 65 year old parents(my father is on doctor-ordered bedrest with a severe foot wound) who live in Fort Wayne. There were two snowfalls recently, one with 4 inches of snow and another with over 2 inches. They did not show up nor did they return any of the 20 phone calls left for Brian the manager. We contacted our credit card company and got the refund, however, my father was forced to shovel out twice when he’s not even supposed to be walking and risked having a heart attack. All we needed was a phone call telling us they overbooked or whatever the reason was and refunded our $$$. Instead, they have these girls answer the phone and when you ask to speak with Brian, they make up excuses and promise that he will call you back. THISCOMPANYIS A SCAM.
