This store is the perfect place to go to grab whatever it is you might be needing to feed your crowd. There is very little in the way of food that you will not be able to find. From paper goods to the food itself to food storage and decorations. They have it all at a decent price!

I’ll never shop at the Washington Center Road Store again… I was told by 2 employees that people could no longer walk in and take boxes; however, another employee says that it’s ok. I had intended to purchase items after getting boxes; however, the teen employees were emphatic, to the point to staring me down, about boxes. It was almost comical how one child, whom I knew, tried to stare me down on the issue. The food is high priced compared to Meijer and even Walmart. I don’t know why people come here to shop. The store smells of ozone. Even Walmart and Meijer do not charge sales tax for 501c3 organizations. Gordon’s no longer makes significant donations to organizations; however, they do offer fun funds, but how many people remember to dontate AFTER driving off!
Gordon’s, my advice to your stores is to lighten up. If customers are buying in such large quantities that you are running out of boxes for carry out, perhaps those customers should request delivery from your commercial division. IF there were a sign which stated 3 boxes per customer/​visit, I would have been forewarned.
FYI, 6 days ago, I purchased $ 250 for an office party… today I purchased $ 65 and I will recommend that people do not shop here due to the prices first and foremost; however, now that I have had this experience, I’m done with Gordons.

Well folks i think i found another” buy in bulk” hangout. The staff at both locations of Gordon Food Service are more than happy to inform you and feed you anything you find interesting in their store. The bargains abound in every isle. Many of your favorite foods in bulk are available on the shelf or frozen section. I was especially impressed with their catering isle. They have everything you need to put on a banquet or dinner party. If you would like them to cater it for you all you have to do is ask and come up with the cash and they will pull it off for you. I found the staff very pleasant and helpful. I know I’m going to gain a few extra pounds in the months to come. They have free coffee all day long for your pleasure. The hot and cold food samples are very tasty on the weekends. I know they sound like another «buy in bulk establishment» but the difference is you get a little more personal service here.
