My recent experience with Hhgregg was a total nightmare! We had four deliveries attempting to buy a new front loader washer/dryer. Each set came to our home damaged. After inquiring with their manager as to what the problem may be, he informed us that they have switched their warehousing/deliveries to the Indianapolis area and also told us that he had no control over the warehouse or deliveries. After four different attempts we asked them to credit our account and we would buy elsewhere. We did buy new set from another Fort Wayne company and had no issues. We then checked our Hhgregg account and they didn’t credit it as promised. So, after multiple trips into the store to ask for a credit it was just accomplished as of yesterday. Not only was the product damaged, but the delivery crews were absolutely horrible as far as damage done to our walls and floors bringing in the appliances. It’s safe to say, we’re done with Hhgregg.
