I booked the party bus for a bachelor/​bachelorette party. I was required to put half down, not the minimal reservation fee listed on the website, pay the balance in full the day of the party. When I called to pay the balance I was informed the bus would be late, not more than 30 minutes & was told my time would be added at the end of the night. The bus was suppose to be here at 6. It did not arrive until 7. I had reservations for 20 people at a restaurant downtown at 6:30. The bus arrived but was not the bus on the website. No drink holders. No coolers. No ice. No pole. The driver was nice & professional. Be sure you are very specific ordering the vehicle you want
