Throw everything you know about clean, vegan, smell good, amazing out the window and GO LUSH. All of their products are top shelf.
The location inside of Macy’s in Fort Wayne was layed out beautifully with all of the seasonal stuff on sale for Halloween. I’m very excited to use my eye cream that I purchased.
My down side is actually what a previous reviewer loved about this place — the overly enthusiastic sales people. Yes they’re nice, yes they’re informed, but DAY-​UM! You get absolutely bombarded and they just… don’t…stop. I would have bought way more stuff had I been given the opportunity to look and read about the products without getting rubbed down with glittery massage oils and perfume solids while simultaneously answering questions about my skin type and how awesome rose water is.
I wish there was a polite way to be like, «I want to pick some stuff out on my own and ask questions later.» I guess I should stick to online shopping, huh?
Still love Lush. I’ll be back. I’ll be armed with Xanax next time though.

As always, the products here were lovely. But what was outstanding was the service. The woman who helped us was incredibly informative, animated, and seemed to just love her job. Easy to love a product when presented in that manner.
