I started going to Nail Design for acrylics a few months ago as it was very close to my house. I’ve never been fully satisfied with the nails (not consistent with shape, equipment is not the best, polishes are old and thick, not noticing cleaning in between clients) and recently my nails have begun lifting. Last visit I was rudely asked by the male nail tech where I got them done… and my response was «here». He was completely rude & accusatory when I have been nothing but loyal to them since starting to wear acrylics again. I had repairs done to 3 nails because of the lifting issue. Now it is 7 days later & my nails are already lifting again!!!
Don’t waste your time with this place… I’d much rather pay a little more money for better quality, a cleaner salon, and friendlier staff.
