Pacula Diamonds

I had always imagined to designing an engagement ring for my fiancé but with zero creative or artistic abilities I figured there was no chance. I had heard about Pacula Diamonds from a few people so I thought I would check it out. After a quick discussion with Richard at Pacula Diamonds I realized that my dreams could easily become a reality. I had a few ideas of what I wanted but it was hard for me to get a drawing on paper. Richard was able to take my words and thoughts and put them into a gorgeous design. We worked together for a few months exchanging ideas and tweaking the design. I should mention that I do not live near Fort Wayne Indiana (3 ½ hours away) so much of our discussions were through email and phone conversations. Despite the distance, Richard made me feel comfortable and assured me that we would create a one of a kind masterpiece for my fiancé. Richard was very patient and helpful throughout the entire process. He would listen to my wants and add any input as he felt necessary. I felt very comfortable working with Richard and I trusted in his skills to design exactly what I had been dreaming up for my fiancé. When the time finally came to see and hold the ring in person I was completely blown away. It was exactly what I had dreamed and then some!
The prices can not be beat. I would pay much much more than I did for the service and hands on customer care that I received from Richard. I now recommend Richard to anyone that I know is in the market for a custom jewelry design or any jewelry for that matter. I can not say enough about how pleased I am with the design and the service I received.
As for my fiancé: she absolutely loves the ring and can not wait for her matching one of a kind wedding band. I too will be having my wedding band designed by Richard.
