I went in there to buy a few things I was not very familiar with the things I was buying for my RC car, The older guy at the parts counter just assumed I knew everything and was kind of a grump when I asked him questions. The kids that help out were more friendly than the adults and more helpful and have better customer service skills. A+ for the kids
