SOUP!!! Just judging by the Phở, I would bet that the rest of the menu is outstanding. Plus, you can have DONUTS for dessert!!!

DO judge this book by the cover. This place is inside of Mike’s Donuts. It has two booths and a few tables and a diner-like wall décor. There were only two other occupied tables but it still took a literal 30 minutes for our food to come. And when it came it was UNDERWHELMING. A measly pile of steamed rice, 3 shrimp, a some crinkled jivama slices and a few pieces of pork served with a ramekin of fish sauce. It tasted… meh. Nothing even slightly special. I spent another five minutes adding soy sauce, chili garlic and fish sauce trying to maximize the flavor of my meal. I was very disappointed after the many rave reviews. It kinda goes without saying that I won’t be returning.

I’ve eaten here a few times at lunch. Each time the food was fantastic. The food is made fresh so it takes a little time(it’s not«fast food»). Tonight I grabbed takeout for dinner(Bun Thit Nuong Cha Gio), it was still fantastic after a 30 min drive. Well packaged so the veggies didn’t get soggy. These people know what they are doing. Super tasty. Also had the Bo Bia. They were amazing. I’m hooked!

The food here is awesome. I was looking around for something new to try yesterday and found Phở Viet. I didn’t really have any expectations when I went . First off the young lady working there was very nice. She made me feel welcome. The star of the show is the food. I had the Bo Bia and it is delicious. I also ordered the Vietnamese fried rice with BBQ pork and chicken. And WOW that was even better. I will be back for more. Possibly today!!! Please stop in and check it out!

The food here is great and reasonably priced. The menu is fairly small, but what they do, they do really, really well. The service is always great. If the staff recommends a dish, try it out. The vegetarian egg roll and mango rice are absolutely amazing.

My Husband and I went here because our favorite place was closed. I read about it here on Unilocal and we decided to give them a try… Weeeel. the crab rangoon was kind of odd looking. but was okay. the spring roll with an odd dip(no peanut sauce) was hoisin with peanuts. very odd.the spring roll WAS full of lettuce AND had 1 piece of shrimp sliced into VERY thin slices… a half of a piece on both ends… Now the Phở. VERY heavy on the cinnamon, star anise and cloves… the broth tasted like beef broth with these infused into them. and thin slices of onion… I added some hot sauce. cilantro and the basil… Just was overwhelmed with the broth… The«meat».it was like small teeny pieces of sliced beef. maybe 4 – 5 teeny weeny pieces !! no meatballs at all and was n ot asked if we wanted any. NOW for the bubble tea. I asked the waitress if she put dry coffee creamer in it… she said no. They use non-dairy creamer !! HUH… WHAT…it was very odd tasting. WEll we wont go back for Phở, but on the good side, Husband liked there doughnuts. LOL…

I wasn’t expecting much when I went here for lunch the other day. I ordered some pork and shrimp spring rolls and a BBQ Pork /Egg roll noodle bowl(bun), two of my favorite things to get at vietnamese restaurants. Surprisingly, these were by far the best I’ve had in Ft Wayne. The Bun is flavorful, and the pork is especially delicious. The spring rolls were fresh and crisp, and not overloaded with lettuce like some. I ended up going back for dinner because I wanted to try a couple more menu items. I got the carmelized pork bahn mi, the bo bia spring rolls, and a tart green tea Boba shake. Again, the Bahn Mi is the best in town, though I do wish someone would use an actual baguette, at least the bread here is crispy. I had never tried Bo Bia spring rolls before, but these are amazing. The vietnamese sausage and egg make for an entirely different and delicious flavor experience from the other spring rolls. The Boba shake was the only let down. It was chalky with a weird aftertaste. Not much Boba either. I think I had drunk all of the pearls after a couple sips. Everything else is wonderful though so I’ll give it a pass.

I don’t leave reviews very often but this place deserves 5 stars… I don’t live around here and the Phở here is AMAZING… Better then anything I’ve ever eaten in California. The waitress is on top of it and she was very helpful!

I really wanted to like this place as I like Phở. The first time I ordered Vegetable Phở and Spring Rolls. I got chicken Phở(bland) and the spring rolls had shrimp on one half and pork on the other instead of both meats covering the whole thing. So I went back again and ordered beef and meatball Phở. I got one small meatball cut in 4 pieces and 3 ultra thin slices of beef. Basically all noodles and broth. Don’t think this place is going to make it when they skimp so much on protein.

This quaint little place on Bluffton road is serving up some really good Phở. Its a small little restaurant in side a doughnut shop. The service is friendly and food is on point.

Proud to be one of the first to review this excellent new Vietnamese place on Bluffton Road(in the same building as Mike’s Doughnuts, across from the Sandpoint greenhouse). It’s clean and cozy inside, with very helpful wait staff and excellent food. The eggrolls(A1, cha gio) arrived fresh, crisp, and delicious. The salad(goi sen, S2) with pork and shrimp was bright and crunchy with a light dressing… really pleasant to eat. And the huge soup bowl of phở(P4, with rare beef and brisket) was out of this world, served just the way it should be: clear, refreshing, hot and steamy with a perfect plate of fresh herbs and veggies on the side. For dessert, the«banana pie» is two servings of banana fried in an eggroll wrapper, drizzled with honey and sesame seeds, making a light and sweet conclusion. Been back twice since they opened in November 2015 and plan to go back soon. Great value for the price, and delicious! Yum.
