My wife was very excited to purchase a pandora charm online from them. That was a week ago and the order still hasn’t shipped. She has left 2 voicemails but has not received a return call. She is disappointed and has asked for the order to be cancelled. We will see if they respond to that.

Worst business practice ever. Used the website to place an order and paid $ 25 extra for next day delivery. Order status on website still says queued and they will not answer their phones. I want a refund on the overnight delivery charge.
Horrible!!! Horrible!!! Horrible!!! Horrible!!! Horrible!!!
The good thing is they have an 800 customer service line. So I have now been running up their phone bill for 32 minutes… and counting!!!
